viva_celine Posted May 18, 2007 at 01:17 PM Posted May 18, 2007 at 01:17 PM (edited) credits to noriane15 and Sabrinacena on Youtube: http://youtube.com/watch?v=deu0YbJQQJY (a translation aout what Nikos, Gabriel, Garou and Celine wants to say in French) 1.) Greg first talks about how it had always been his dream to sing with Celine Dion. His mom says everything he learned about singing, he learned it from listening to Celine. Celine says that she's sorry she can't be there but really likes him and thinks he's very talented. She tells him to be strong and keep going forward. She says she hopes he doesn't mind if he gets to sing the duet instead of Garou (who usually sings that duet with Celine). Nikos says that Celine only performs duets with the biggest stars, but that she really had her heart set on singing with Gregory. Gregory says it was a huge honor to sing with her and that he thanks her a million, then Nikos gives him a signed copy of Celine's new album. 2.) "Hello Gregory, it's Céline! I heard that you like what I do and that's good because I also like what you do! You have an enormous talent and a big presence on stage. Continue to beat you like you do now, it promises for the future! Would have liked that you come to see me but the journey is very long! I believe that Garou is not very far from you, and I think that he would not be angry if I sing 'sous le vent' with someone else! Are you ready? So me too! Let's go and I kiss you!! Bye Bye." I hope his sales of "La Voix d'un Ange (The Voice of an Angel; MCA Universal France/Mercury France) were not affected by the album release of our idol, Celine ("D'Elles"/From Them). *as of June 17 Edited June 24, 2007 at 01:43 PM by viva_celine Quote

My paryers go out to the family and friends of Gregory Lemarchel.  I do hope that the newest season of Star Academy on TF1 France, which will start late fall, Celine this time will have an interactive duet with Greg like what she had done to him when he was a contestant himself three years ago. It is one way of giving back to Gregory the beautiful and soulful ballads he had rended during his short, yet successful span of his career, which every music lover would always be remebered... FOREVER. At least, he was given the opportunity to showcase the world with his angelic voice, down-to-earth humility and inspiration. Hope you've watched Celine's video message to him on the Multimedia section of this forum. Edited July 28, 2007 at 08:27 AM by viva_celine Quote
