According to Celine's claim, Levesque had no rights over this song, or any other. The Dions are asking for 1 million dollars in damage. Here it goes: before Rene, Celine was managed by Paul Levesque, who wasn't doing anything for her, cause he didn't know what to do with a 12 year-old singer, he didn't have the right connection with song writers etc. So, the Dions sent that famous tape to Rene, cause he had been the manager of Ginette Reno, which was one of the favourite singers of Therese and Celine. For a little while, Rene and Paul managed Celine together, but Rene wanted full control, cause he saw Paul was no good. So Rene bought Paul out of his contract with Celine and you know the rest... 1 Quote

He was a bad manager, he made trouble for Celine and Rene when he saw they were doing much much better without him, now his envy is eating him alive it seems. The guy needs to get a life and try to manage another artist better that he managed Celine if he wants any success. Quote
