"Immensite" Music Video on TeamCeline, and iTunes

OK very simple, I kept expecting something to happen but it didn't! The scenery was fantasic, Celine looked great, the song is pretty good too. Am I the only person who thought the ending was soooooo cheesy?

 

Also RC hair????? He looks like a girl!

BUT she looks fantastic!!! Utterly superb. So young and refreshed! Like she's ready to get back on the road and yes, the ending with RC and Rene was very sweet if indeed a bit random.

the video is simple and celine looks so beautiful. i think they couldn't control the wind because in many shots, celine's face was covered by her hair... and the final scence with rene and their son is cute but RC needs a hair cut and because of the wind, we couldn't see his face as well

I'm hapy about all the new things about Celine, but this video it's not working!

I keep wondering why they don't know how to make a video. The videoclip is the first think you use to promote a single a nd an album, why they keep making this stupid video.

There's always Celine (who's looking good) sings somewhere, in a house, on a sofa, in the dessert, i's boring. It don't even fit the song!

They want to shoot it in some hours, so that's the result. Any music channel will refuse to show it, if you look at it you loose the will to buy the album.

It was better ESNRQ, at least there were some special effect there.

They shoot videos in places that has such a potentiality, like this aLake Mead, it could have been a beautifull clip, withh that great landcape, it takes just a little more immagination, time and dedication, but it seems as if Celine doesn't care that much.

Lets hope the next videos, expecially the new english one will be shooted better!!!

Maybe it's just a personal preference, it's just that I love the wind and love looking at the wind and things being blown by the wind (that's why I think American Beauty was a brilliant-movie, because of the wind blowing the plastic bag scene). I think it gives a beautiful sense of freedom to the video and it plays beautifully with the song. On tbe other hand I think the baby and family scenes were a waste of time. But I love the video though, I love Celine's facial expressions. I pretty much comes from the heart, we can see she relates with the song. Needless to say I adored the ending. It was absolutely adorable and sweet!

Celine really looks great, beautiful, feminine,... but I find the video a little boring. I expected some more action. The video isn`t bad but it could have been a little more interesting. Actually, the one who created it, isn`t that smart (even if it`s Celine herself). If they wanted to attract the audience, they had to do something different. As for the last scene, it`s cute but... I don`t know... I don`t like it much.

I do love thew ind to, and i adore watching things blown by the wind, especially hair. But I'd like even more if together with the wind there would be a story behing the video, some more beautiful immage, the desert offers so much. Celine looks great but the video is still too simple.Watching it you understand that the were in hurry when they shooted it.

I really loved I Drove All Night video so maybe that is why I liked this one...I liked the simplicity. And it does seem like she is liking white these days and that big gold ring, but she looked beautiful

I think it's a simple video. Celine is, of course, beautiful.

 

However, as a filmmaker, I'm a little bit disappointed. They recycled SO MANY shots. Also, most of the shots are panoramic and are distant wide shots. This makes for a lack of dynamics. This song has great potential for a massive and positively dramatic video - for example: Celine "flying" across the water with a majestic gown with 30 foot trainings gently gliding over the water, or there could be a storm drenching Celine with water as she runs through the lake and the water "parts" like a scene from "The Ten Commandments." They seem to have shot it during the afternoon on a cloudier day with a $50,000 or less budget.

 

Anyway, this has got to be one of my most favorite songs from her. The video is alright. Regardless, the ending is adorable.

 

P.S. She needs to work with David LaChapelle for her next music video. He is an overly-extravagant artist ...and someday... me!

ABSOLUTELY AGREE WITH THIS IDEA!! it woul be great to have Lachapelle working with her both on the album artwork and on the videos.....awesome to have a videoclip that resembles DELUGE by him it would have been a great concept to the immensite video vegas themed and all...otr the whole concept of his latest AWAKENED exhibit

I agree the wind adds a beautiful and natural look to Céline. The white outfit is very similar to the SNRQU video.

I hope one of her new videos will be in b&w like IDAN. It's a simple video- she looks sexy and it's catchy like TWTI. Those two videos seem to be popular on many non Céline sites.

On the bright side, she looked amazing--and at least she moved a little! And I liked the ending. I think it's kind of a tribute to Las Vegas, which was where they've raised their son.

 

I like the song. Don't see why it was chose to be the second single. I don't think it's THAT strong. But it will ride on the hype of the new album.

I was expecting something more although I like it. That scenes with that couple are odd and don't go well with the rest of the video... I accept it's a concept thing lol But I still don't buy it. Amazing landscape though (that's why I believe this video could be something amazing).

after snrq i though that's the time that celine is trying to think about doing a good video but i don't know what happend again,actually i'm fed up of how she's thinking in making videos and it's somthing we are talking about for years now and it's really getting boring exactly like that video, i mean there are singers who are older than her and they even change clothes and move in their videos more than celine ,and she insists to stand doing nothing except the same moves she always do it's really sad sad, no thinking no nothing it's i don't know what to say actually it feels bad and i can't explain how i feel and by the way to be honest i hate that video and please she doesn't ;look beautiful in it she looks very bad and thew way of shooting her from the same view all video is weird please guys if any one of u meet her again be honest and tell her these things it's the only way for her to know i wish she understand

I see I wasn't the only one to find the video a little boring but yes, Celine looks great. And something did happen in the end, the two men in her life came, didn't see that happen but it was adorable. Maybe they realized themselves how boring it is so they decided to put Rene and Rene-Charles in for that reason, to spice it up.

 

I was just wondering why there are actor couples in her videos even since the sabbatical, I'd love it if she would be playing the woman as it was in IACBTMN and others from FIY era.

She looks gorgeous...but I`m not so sure about the video. Reminds me of Britney Spears` 'Not A Girl Not Yet a Woman' Video. Which I guess isn`t a terrible thing, but it was a little boring. The shot at the end was cute though.
