Besides, this isn't like a concert, where a specific show has to rescheduled..this is way different.

I saw this coming since last month. DVD recording and album recording and video filming and photoshooting...She should have rested on her vacations! Yes the album recording is great and blah blah blah but f*** the album, she needs to REST. I hope she gets to rest and fully recover.

yes these 2 dates! in november she cancelled about 4, 5? In april last year also 4 something! You can't add more dates all of a sudden! It's not like a normal concert, where you can replace it! I'm sure it's all calculated! And Céline would NEVER pretend that she would be sick!!!

i just dont get it

she is getting sick time after time because she is just working around the clock...even during her vacations . it's like she doesnt care about her health .

it's not like she needs the money , she can sit and do nothing for the rest of her life...why rushing everything? she cant act like she is 25 because she is not anymore...she doesnt have to do so many things during her breaks...she can just take her time and do all of those things after her contract there is over .

 

i'm sooo worried about those reports about her taking pills after each and every show...and now more than ever i just dont understand why they r releasing the english album so soon and why they r planning a new world tour?! do they want celine to have one of those famous breakdowns? maybe that's their plan for her big comeback - there is no such thing as bad publicity

 

celine should do nothing from now on during her vacations , just have fun with her family . she should announce that the next english album wont come before 2008 and they should delay the world tour til 2009 and give celine a well deserved break .

my skies aren't gray, but, that's a real pity. I hope she'll make a fast recovery soon.

 

As I've read somewhere (don't exactly remember where), she's having a tracheitis. She'll be ok, as always!

Celine is only sick about 2-3 times a year. I won't call that she's sick all the time. Only robot won't be sick at all.

Omigod, imagine her voice doctors... I can just see them freaking out. I know I would be. No day is a good day until Celine is fully recovered. The Vegas climate surely isn't of any help This is like a flashback to her days when she was in the biggest of big whirlwinds of her career.

I just heard from Sarah, who is in Vegas, that Celine cancelled tomorrow night's show (Friday)....it's not looking good for the rest of the weekend

 

I'm supposed to meet up with Sarah tomorrow and see the show Saturday...we're trying to keep hope!!!

I think a lot of people are over reacting. Celine is only human and she gets sick just like anybody else. She is only sick a few times a year - if that. And yes she is a busy woman, but even if she sat around to "rest" as one person voiced, she still could get sick. So let's just wish her well! I do feel bad for the people that are in Vegas to see her this week so hopefully Celine will be better for the weekend.

I was just going to come post this info, but it looks like you beat me to it. Anway, I hope she gets better for Saturday and Sunday so you ladies (... and I) can see the show before she goes on break again. I'll let you know as soon as I get any info on the rest of the weekend.

celiiiiiine!    i hope she's back friday!

 

was last night's cancellation a last minute one? i walked by the colosseum around 7, and nothing seemed out of the ordinary.. looked like people dressed for the show were starting to gather outside and take pictures with the celine sign and everything. i walked by again after 11, and i thought the show was done. lol. i had no idea anything was cancelled until i logged on here this morning!

I think it was a last minute cancelation because I didn't find out until I showed up for work (usually they call us and let us know). Everyone was showing up and getting ready at about 5:30 and then they sent us home.
