dj4celine Posted November 30, 2007 at 01:30 PM Posted November 30, 2007 at 01:30 PM ....I walk out instead of taking the bus/train. It's quicker plus I save some money. Round trip is about 3 miles, 30 minutes each way. To stay fit, I do about 5 sets of pushups every other day. I also take vitamins and try to stuff myself with fruits and veggies. Maybe I should use the dumbells laying around at home... Wow!! Vic, you must be all pumped up Anyway, my fitness program includes running 3 miles everyday, go to the gym thrice a week (thank god that I'm regular at this ), swim and play tennis during the weekends... well, that's about it for now And yeah, my diet excludes almost all junk food (and so I crave for all the chocolate cakes and desserts that Jen puts the pics of in her posts ) Quote
PrincesseJen Posted November 30, 2007 at 02:01 PM Posted November 30, 2007 at 02:01 PM Exercise? What's exercise? http://smileyset.com/temp/PRINCESS/huh.giflol. I do some pilates for tone / flexiblity, bellydance has those as well with some cardio. Also I use free weights. http://smileyset.com/temp/PRINCESS/wink.gif And yeah, my diet excludes almost all junk food (and so I crave for all the chocolate cakes and desserts that Jen puts the pics of in her posts ) Quote http://i188.photobucket.com/albums/z30/Sarahj21230/Celine%20and%20Josh/pinkroseCeline-1.jpg
stevethefan Posted December 1, 2007 at 01:49 AM Posted December 1, 2007 at 01:49 AM I just started to get back into a fitness routine after stopping for about a year. I attempt to go to a gym a few times a week although it's sometimes difficult to do it after work since the traffic is so bad here and it takes forever to get to the place (I know, I know another excuse!) . I usually use their strength training Cybex machines which are nice because a computer tracks your progress and they I try to use either a treadmill or elliptical machine. I actually don't mind the exercise when I'm there it's just getting myself there that's the problem. I also try to at least walk if I can't do that since I'm sitting down at my job most of the time. The best thing to do is try and find something that's enjoyable so you don't feel like it's "work." Quote

celinerific Posted December 1, 2007 at 05:40 AM Posted December 1, 2007 at 05:40 AM If I had an elliptical machine, I'd be on it everyday... if not, every other day. But I don't... so I cope with sit-ups, push-ups (ones that work the triceps), and various leg exercises. Everyday, I'll do 100 sit-ups, 40 push-ups, and 100-120 of whatever leg exercise I'm doing. And I walk to and from class everyday, which takes about 15-20 minutes each time. Quote http://i58.tinypic.com/2qbub9c.png @ErikaTran | Insta: aireexwp | erikatran.com
denise Posted December 1, 2007 at 07:07 AM Posted December 1, 2007 at 07:07 AM I promised myself that when I quit smoking that I would join our gym at work. Well, I quit smoking 7 months ago and I still haven't joined the damn gym. So now I plan on waiting until after the holidays are over. Might as well eat all the junk that I can.
