Oh dear it was BRILLIANT!!!! BRILLIANT!!!!!!!!!! WONDERFUL!!!!! I'm beyond impressed! Celine is beyond amazing!!!! WOW.

 

I don't even know where to start. I can't chose a favourite besides The show must go on (Celine singing this was a longtime dream of mine, I burst in tears every time!). A Cause was fenomenal. Immensite - I ADORE this song - was as wonderful as it can be, she sings it with a special smile on he face, a very sweet and passionate smile, she must really love this song. The coreography for this song was beautiful too. Caroline was definately classy, I don't ever remember seeing someone rapping with class - leave it to Celine.

 

Overall, her voice was AMAZING, her improvisations were GORGEOUS, every song was very well perfomed, as I hadn't seen in a long time. She looked sexy all the way. It was AMAZING!!!!!!!

 

My only complain: She should have sung more. The trios should have been duos. Some

songs (Caruso, The Show Must Go On especially) should have been perfomed solo.

 

Funny note: Pay attention to Danny Brillant when Celine is dancing in front of him- he looks to her butt for a while, he doesn't even try to hide it, it was hysterical!

 

Hotness of the night: David Hallyday. GODNESS he is HOT! On HDTV he was orgasmic. I'm in love.

I like Celine's voice and her look on this special. The show must go on is great, but the other 2 guys should sing less loud. Actually I think the A Cause dance looks silly.

Sometimes, specially during A CAUSE, Celine looks like a "well-dressed" Madonna... Since the cover of ALL THE WAY, I think they look similar, but now many times when I look to Celine I think of her "distant" cousin.

 

But Celine still sounds like Celine... And that's all... :msn-wink:

I liked the special, but just a few things.

 

Why on earth did they have to ruin my heart will go on!!! And they didnt even know the lyrics! Imagine singing with Celine, and not singing the right lyrics. Céline was probably like "stop destroying my song biatch":P That they dont speak french is not an excuse. Celine doesnt speak italian, german, latin or a fluent spanish, yet she has sung in all of them, and rarley made mistakes.

 

Second, why lipsync? she has one of the best voices in the world, it sounds better live than recorded, so why???

 

hmm yes, I think that was all. And the A cause coreography could have been a bit better.

 

Other than that, it was great. staying alive, caroline, and the shoe must go on are probably my favs

From what I've seen so far, I like! Although there are one or two complaints. The miming annoys me, I hope we get to hear the D'elles songs live at some point. A Cause could have been better, it's like they just thought up a routine minutes before they went on stage. Although Celine looks totally intense singing....sorry miming this, great expressions!

 

Also finally who are those women murdering the songs? The vocals don't suit Celines at all, much more raw if that makes sense?
