If they tired HD film, 5 nights of shooting there would have had to stop the show many, many times to optimize color/lighting and to change film reels lol AND it would have costed them a least a quarter of a milion dollars. They used the Sony HDW-F900R (or something similar) as they went row-to-row-capturing reactions; and as they went portable/ and on-shoulder. The Sony HDC-1000L/W is a stationary camera, good for wide shots. The Sony HDW-F900H and Sony HDC-F950 were definitely put on cranes, pods and moving dollies Although our eyes were glued to Celine, can any of you verify this?
