Sophoan kind of reminded me...

I wanted to let you all know that when you've been sending your deposits to Darryl, I have received notifications from him letting me know who has paid the $12 per person and for whom.

We don't have all that many who have done the pre-pay thing. I ask that if you're thinking that you cannot make the deposit for one reason or another, you let me know so that I can make some sort of marker in my records and we can figure something else out. The amount for the reservation has already been paid so it would be nice if we could all take care of our share of the deposit before hand.

Oh My God!! People are already leaving!!!!!

OK, well for those that are not there already, I'm thinking we should have a central meeting point before we meet at Cafe Lago because some of you may or may not have an easy time finding it. I mean if you can find the colosseum you should be able to find Cafe Lago just fine....LOL but still.

I'm thinking that at staarting at 4:30 we should all meet at the front entrance on Caesars Palace where you'd check in. There's a little VIP lounge thing that is over by the sntrance to the August Tower and over by the Augustus Cafe. When you walk in the doors of the frnt entrance at Caesars both of those things are to your left.

So I or Darryl or both will be down there at 4:30 waiting for people. We will leave that point by 4:55 to head over to dinner at Cafe Lago as a group.

If people arrive late, just ask reception, or the bell desk where you'd be able to locate Cafe Lago and they should be able to give you easy-to-follow directions to get there.

OMGosh! Like.... 5 days!

Oh my gosh!

I will leave my home in 12 hours to get the train to Gatwick, the flight leaves Gatwick at 10.45am, and we arrive in Las Vegas tomorrow afternoon at (local time)4.20!!! :clap: :kicking:

We will be staying at the Tropicana, and on the internet the rooms look really nice. I can't wait to get there and see everyone!!!

This is gonna be so cool!

OOOOOOOK

So we've had a few additional members come along and join our group and I am SO very glad that I moved the anticipated number of set up to the maximum of 40. As of the moment we have 39 members expecting to be at dinner and one person who is on a "maybe" basis.

I can just imagine that that space will soon be filled and we'll be having a wait list!!!!!

It's wonderful. Signed the contracts and sent them today! So exciting!

OK, so we have now reached the maximum number of guests for our reserved space!

How freaking exciting is that!? Full House..... and that's a good indicator for Vegas, baby!!!! Yeah!

Anyway, WE ARE NOW ON A WAITING LIST BASIS. Which means that those who have previously responded with a "maybe" and hadn't changed their response to a definite yes answer are now on a waiting list for dinner.

This means that we have the semi-private dining room to it's maximum capacity and that anyone who was on the waiting list or who joins the list from this point out and is added to the list, will most likely be seated elsewhere in the Cafe. We would then try to get everyone as near as possible.

We have a waiting list of 5 at the moment, I believe!

I need to be able to reqch everyone and would liketo verbally confirm that people understand that dinner is still on at 5 o'clock but that the surprise is taking place at 2:15. People will need to be there at 2 to make sure that we have everyone in our group is present.

I need information prior to being able to finally arrange all this stuff so if anyone knows how to reach others that are involved in dinner, please contact them and let them know I'm trying to reach them.

I've sent PMS out to every individual and some e-mails as well as having posted here. This is kind of a big deal so we don't want anyone who confirmed to dinner to miss out on this opportunity.

SO... if anyone knows anyone call and let them know. I'm having a hard time reaching international fans due to cell phones not working in the US.

We all owe them a huge thank you for arranging such an event at such a hectic and busy time in the year. This was definitely no small effort and should be recognized and applauded.

Side note: Our group was actually originally supposed to be back for only about 20 minutes. We were awarded an hour. That's a big deal!

It was fabulous - when I saw the show that night, it certainly made me look at it differently, appreciate more what they had done to make it all possible.

My favourite part was standing on the stage doing Celine/dancers impression - had so much fun!!! "may i sit with you?" hehehe :giggle:
