We need to make a new and official list of who is going to be attending the show on the 20th of January and if you will or will not be attending dinner. We still have the option to book space at the Cafe Lago. The semi-private dining room is available. It requires a $300 deposit, seats 25 and as long as you all get the buffet to eat $22.50 per person, we will meet the food and beverage minimum. To do this I need to know you are coming to dinner and we need to have 25 people in attendance. If you are bringing an additional person, please SAY SO. As for the show on the 20th, I need to know your SECTION, your ROW and your SEAT NUMBERS. It's getting close so some speedy reponses are needed. OMG! It's soo soooon. I'm so excited! Marisa. Quote

The dinner is not limited to the fans on this website or even the fans also seeing the show on the 20th. Dinner is on the 20th but if fans are not attending that night it would be great to still meet up with them. Quote

I am going to be calling my contact over there to see if she can get a more official cost estimate breakdown for the fans and then will be messaging each individual fan who had responded wanting to come to dinner before. With the deposit and the set up fee it should cost about $15 up front for each fan and then at dinner each fan will just be paying for themselves. But like I said, more information will hopefully come tomorrow. Quote

I am sending her an e-mail to make sure that the communication gets to her. Here is some definite information for you-- my best attempt at giving you all an easy-to-understand cost breakdown. (Dont freak out wth the big numbers... split amongst the 28 of you who responded confirming you'd come to dinner before, we'll be more than fine at handling the cost for a reasonable cost to each person). The cost to reserve the space is a $300 deposit. In addition to that there is a $100 set up fee. That's a total of $400 up front. As I mentioned before a fan has decided he is willing to book that space on his credit card. However to ensure that he is not out any money should someone not show at the dinner, we are going to be asking for $15 just to make sure you're extra serious about coming to dine with us all. A few fans have voiced concern about being left to pay more money than is their fair share should fans decide not to attend, and I can't blame them. The $15 payment will be made to the fan who is paying's paypal account and will put that money towards their credit card statement. The $400 would be, then, taken care of ahead of time. There is a $500 food and hosted beverage minimum when we book the semi-private dining room. The buffet dinner (cheapest) is $22.50 per person. Each fan will need to be eating at the buffet and thus, if you multiply $22.50 by the 28 of us, we exceed the food and beverage minimum by over $100. Fans will also need to allow money for a tip for service. 20% would be good. SO about $4.50 or $5.00 per person. You're looking at, again $15 up front And then about $27.50 for dinner.
