I don't know whether some of you guys have seen the exquisite packaging of the new Mylène Farmer DVD - it is actually quite stunning featuring the giant stage as cover which you have to OPEN as curtain to get out the DVD.

I know it's a lil late (haha) but I would LOVE to have something similar on the AND BD. Just imagine the cover would be made like the Colosseum stage which you'd have to push or open to get the DVD/BD out.

beautiful flash presentation!!! and yeah...i guess if they'd take into consideration all our wishes, this would end up being the perfect Celine Dion DVD

but Sony is Sony...so if we'd have half of them fulfilled...we shoudl consider ourselves lucky

Awesome flash presentation, you guys rock !!!! I was wondering what we could do to decide Sony and Feelings Productions to release what we wish, cause I really like the list !!! And you're so right I went to see the show back in June 2004 and I adore Celine with long brown hair and the famous red dress !!! They film the show every night and It's pretty sure they do have the full show with this dress and the others !

That would be a great idea! I really do think it would be cool if Celine released an album or DVD where the fans do the artwork. Janet Jackson did it for her latest album and released it with I believe 5 or 6 different images.

 

Can you imagine the crapload of money Sony would get from the completist collector's trying to buy every cover!

i just looked at this... The list is great! I have just one problem: I don't think it's fair that this should be only on Blue ray discks or that the BD should have extra footage from the DVD, because many of us can't afford to buy BD players or we don't even have BD players available in our country. I don't think we should get less just because we can't aford the thing. Anyway... It would be great to get at least half of that list...

I think the intention was to release Blu-Ray as well as a regular DVD. Blu-Ray is still an emerging technology, and they know not everyone can view it. And the reason for the BD having more content is just because I believe it can fit more then a regular DVD. But I think the only suggestion we made is that if you can't give us 3 full shows (each with the different costumes) then maybe they can just add that feature to the BD because it can hold more.

 

I think if you've seen the show 5 times or more, they should personally buy us all Blu-Ray DVD players

I agree with you! I spent so much money to get to Vegas, enough to buy a bunch of players You should have put that as a suggestion: release it on BD and give a free BD player when people buy the BD

Well if they only include one complete version, they might as well throw away all the footage they shot last week. I am sure with all the money that was spent on the current filming of the DVD, The full show will be the one last week.

 

 

 

It just meant that if they only include one full version of the show, that the members here said they preferred the version with her long brown hair and the red dress.

Yeah I agree. I think at the time we wrote up the wishlist, most people werent keen on the new costumes, but at that point there was no RDMH or new black dress for IS and PQTME.
