OMG what the hell ppl are talking about!? She sounding SO FINE! It's truly magical to listen to "Seduces Me" and she isn't sounding bad at all! Not amazing but VERY fine whhich then again I'm more then fain with. I truly do hope they will use this audio. It's that good.

 

Her voice is so good on Seduces Me, so full on ANDHC, so fun on IA. Merci Seb!

 

Please guys, don't get RIDICULOUS. She's sounding lightyears better than on the actual official recording from October 2003. It's a major improvement and I'm so happy about it. I knew we'd have Céline in a decent vocal shape and it's even more than that! She's GREAT vocally for the DVD!

Wow! Thanks Seb! I totally agree with you on SM and IA- SM in particular sounds much better than the March 2006 bootleg- she's actually singing the song. Same goes for IA! Love it...so can't wait!!!!

Hey guys...well there have been so many rumors going around that the A New Day DVD might be released in 2007, and then more rumors of it being held till 2008 after the last show was filmed and included for release. Well this is the latest official announcement from her OFFICIAL site

 

"The A New Day... DVD, which is scheduled to be released worldwide in 2007, will include special features such as: 'behind-the-scenes' footage, a day in the life of Celine during the show, interviews with fans from around the world, and the making of the DVD. Stay tuned for more details by checking the What's Goin' On section daily!"

 

So it looks like they are staying on schedule and it will be released THIS year before the show ends! So good news for the fans who wanted it released soon. Now maybe they will film the final show for a release date in 2008. Its coming soon!

I also want the final show, the 500th show (cos I was there), the blonde concert, an in-depth interview with Celine about her thoughts on life, a docu with interviews of all the celebs who have seen the show describing how amazing Celine is...and all the other stuff that they're already giving us. And two new albums and an Oscar appearance, and a new French duet and a duet with ANNIE LENNOX...

nothings obligitory...its just polite i think...i didnt say they had to do anything. but the reason i think they should is because otherwise how would we know if our efforts made a difference? i dont know about you, but i spent hours on this wishlist and it would be nice to get some sort of feedback/reaction.

A while back I read that the DVD will show how the show has evolved from it's 2003 debut to Jan 2007. So I'm sure they will put in some (hopefully all) of the songs she isn't doing anymore.

Yeah cd.com said that that was the plan a good while back- they've shot the early DVD so I think they should include it- it'd be daft not to.
