Taping of A New Day... in January 2007

well , i never expected anything so it's not too hard for me...

the only thing they might do is taking those songs that were removed from the previous DVD and put it as a bonus thing or whatever...

 

i didnt expect much to start with because i know who we r dealing with here .

it was a nice fantasy for me , hoping celine will sing some other songs for the recordings and just for those 4 nights - singing all the songs live...but it was just a fantasy .

as bonus we get the old dvd, old behind the scenes, old interviews with celine, and stupid interviews and videos of fans.. wich i dont care about, because all i want is celine celine celine and just celine

I'm sure at least Rene was around somewhere and you would think that they'd like to show him in the audience for at least one of the tapings. OMG!!!! TONIGHT'S SHOW WAS FANTASTIC!!!!

 

The whole Orch 4 was giving her standing ovations after almost every song!! And we all stood up during most up-tempo songs! RDMH was just EXCELLENT (again)!

 

There were less cameras at the front this time and the crane was on the other side of the Colosseum.. Celine was QUITE energetic and just feeded from all of us! The dancers and the band members were soooo enthousiastic!!

 

What more can I tell....if this is how it's going to be the next few days, then....WOW!! :D

It wasn't long & straight (ATW like), and it wasn't curly like her hair was in 2005. It a mix..take a look at the latest pics/vids, it was something like that.

 

And her hair during RDMH is just WILD! And today, during MHWGO, her hair was....weird! It was like her hairdryer exploded!

Ramona and Brea. She was with her dad and asked Ramona for her rose because she is an aspiring singer from Atlanta, GA and love Celine. She said when she becomes as popular as Celine Ramona can come sit in the front row ALL the time! So, Ramona gave her the rose. It was sweet!

Yea, her hair was a little funny, but I guess they just didn't have time to straighten it out before she had to come back out to sing. It wasn't tooooooo bad, just a little teased still. But she's still gorgeous, none the less...

 

AND.....when she came down to give Ramona she hugged her and held her face and then she looked at me and held MY face, too! It was so sweet! I guess I can relive this moment over and over....Look for it on the DVD!

well, all this reviews are not enough for the forum and for me either so after i see the show tomorrow i will post a very nice review of small details people usually dont pay attention to. I cant wait to be there and to share this 2 nights of shows with all of you.

I've heard that the shows this past week so far have been excellent. Only a few seats from the first row have been removed, not the entire row, so not all BB seats are upgraded to 1st row.

 

Also, no mention from friends of new, new songs or a re-performance on TFTEISYF. I think that would be a little impractical. It takes a lot to shape your body back into having the ability to do that all.

 

As for the DVD, everyone's expectations and all of the things....I'm sure that no one will be too terribly disappointed. I think it should say a lot to people that Feeling Productions was asking for the DVD ideas. Not only on the official website but via others as well. If your ideas could be done, they probably will be, I assume. There are limits to what can be done and very detailed specifics to be considered. But in the end there will surely be a very happy medium!

 

I'm sure the DVD will be GREAT!

I hope there will be the deluxe package we all dreamed about...hopefully they do give us the old blonde show as well...I like blonde Celine in the amazing red-corset dress- for me, that dress iwill be the everlasting picture of the Show. It's be a shame if we didn't have a proper documentation of that period when the World was going, OMG, this show is still selling out- Celine Dion is so hot right now!

and even more important for me - she used to sing "nature boy" 100% live and i love this song , she also used to sing TFTEISYF 100% live and it used to be one of the most emotional songs in the show...they also removed JTE which she also sang 100% live...

 

it's obvious they removed those songs cause celine wanted to protect her voice and it's much easier not to sing live but for the DVD they can add those songs and if not singing those songs for the actual recording atleast taking those songs from the previous DVD...

It's great to hear all of these night by night reports of the shows and tapings. It sounds like they are just taping a regular show with no extra songs or deleted songs added, unless they she sings some during the next few shows. I'm happy to hear that the audience is excited at the shows. It will be interesting to swee if the DVD will include any of the old songs, I really hope it does since I miss Nature Boy, WAWW and The First Time. I would think they would do this, because it shows the evolution of the show. I was watching the 2003 Oprah Winfrey interview for the opening of the show, which I had not watched since it aired, and it's great to see her with the short hair, different costumes, etc. I want ALOT of material to be in that DVD.

It's looking pretty clear that they are filiming the show "as is" with nothing re-added or new. Not at all surprised at this though.

 

Hopefully we'll see all the old songs in the extras though.
