How come it's so easy for Shakira to sing in front of 78.000 people in Athens and Celine doesn't even think about singing here? (At least, up to date) I mean, she holds the "Best International Artist" title here in Greece and still nothing. She is way more popular from Shakira, 50Cent, Metallica, Avril, The Rasmus, Pink, George Michael (Last years and upcoming concerts in Greece) etc proved by her multi-platinum cds for over 14 years now! Every Label company is ready to support her Greek concert due to thousands of fans waiting for this moment and i still doubt if she ever come here!

 

Don't give up hope, they've barely announced a quarter of the tour. There will be much more cities named and announced as soon as they confirm it all. Don't forget, it's VERY early to be announcing dates for 2008 - some acts haven't even confirmed their dates for 2007 and put tix on sale. I do think it's too early for these tickets to be sold though.

 

I hope you are right. After all, it is too early for official anouncements right now but... :glare:

I'm quite optimistic as for the label companies and unfortunately not for Celine! You know what i mean... ;)

:mdr: No, she's just saying she sang in France 9 years ago. Celine is young, I'm sure she'll have at least 2 other tours after the 2008 one. And when she does decide to make a farewell tour, I hope she does a farewell tour like Cher or Tina Turner... that is about 5, 6 times :mdr:

songs im hoping for are ''andhc'' (vegas version) ahhhh memories, lol.

''rhmh'' and ''ttwii'' - my fav song, ''naked'', a few new songs from the new album and old albums obviously and please.... (NOMORE ''lcmm'') this song has been well and truely murdered!!! lol and maybe the elvis duet with him on the screen?? :)

 

i cant wait for this tour !!! :)

I hope ticket prices don't exceed to 500.00 for US dates!

I am very excited for the plans being revealed for her World Tour. I am quite sure that this was in Celine and Rene's mind for the last few years. SHE WILL sell-out to 108,000 people for the six days at Bercy, no matter how high the ticket prices are. Since this is a six-night engagement, I am sure they are planning a unique show with a multimedia experience. So, the high prices may be justifiable. Unfortunately, I won't be able to be there during the last week of May because of my schedule, but I guess I could catch her in England or Italy when I'm there a little bit later! :w00t:

I'm pretty sure it was taken in NYC. She said while she was here she had two photoshoots. One for D'elles and this pic is most likely from the second.
