When you'll start being reasonable you'll understand that. Remember how a while ago even Rene said there were supposed to be like 5 nights in Montreal? Well, there are only 2, after all. And it's not because she doesn't want to perform there, that's for sure. See what I mean? Nothing is confirmed until you get a final and official word, which only happened yesterday.

Really, being upset or dissapointed because she won't come where you want her to come it's no use, it will not make her come. Like remykyes says, and like I said before too, we should just be happy she's touring at all.

The last time: I'm not going to discuss with you anymore, I'm not going to tell you what I know. To tell you the truth, I probably couldn't have told you about those things here.... anyway... All that was said about the plans in Portugal and Spain are true and I cannot go further than that - believe you or not.

My friend knew about this list for at least a week as she already said.

 

And regarding Montreal... 2 nights .. it's another absurd.

Anyway, people, it's over and it's not worth to pick up fights for this. And Celine is not the one to blame. We all know she doesn't give a damn about business things. Her team made the deals around the world. And actually I don't feel bad because my country was given up on. It's not like René and the whole team hate Portugal. It's just that they are not interested on bringing her here for whatever business reasons. It's not like they think we are not worth it or second class fans. This is business people.

 

I wanted to see this concert as much as the next person. But there is no need for so much drama.

 

And Bellamy was right. Who said this is the last one? I mean, back in 2000 she was saying she didn't even know if she was ever going to sing again. We gotta keep believing.

Hey, I tried to make peace with you, after you called me a xenophob and interpret my words to suit this purpose. You must have some weird imagination to think anything I said in that first comment had anything xenophob in it. I, at least, appologized if you really thought my words were offensive to you, which they were not, but you refuse to see that I was making no mean remark. If it was, that I should hate me too, cause that comment included Romania... Anyway... I'm not going to kill myself trying to make someone understand there was nothing mean about that comment if they refuse to read the real meaning and make up their own and un-existing meaning.

Again, you interpret things the way you want. If there was anything definitive signed for Spain or Portugal, those dates would have been on the official list. And they're not. And I was not asking you to tell me anything you know and you're not supposed to tell, where did you get that idea?

You may think the Montreal thing is absurd, but that's the way things are at the moment. And Rene himself said there were going to be 5 nights. I'm sure that's much more official than any info one could get from Sony. And yet, there are only 2 nights...

But the way this things are usually done, some dates may as well be squeezed in later. Maybe they'll do like with Vegas, and turn this into a 2, 3 year tour And even like that she would not be able to please everybody and go everywhere.

Guys don't panic about just having one date in certain citys. I've read that more dates will be added when they go on general sale. These are only the fanclub pre-sale dates. I know that at least another 2 dates will be added for London.

oky first of all.. i have to say, you guys gotta stop feeling sorry for yourselves, i'm sorry but come on. the poor lady(and management) is trying to satisfy millions and millions of people, and perhaps she feels satisfying 10 people somewhere in the states over 5 people in Spain or w/e is a better decision. i admit i'm little dissapointed that she's not doing a little more touring in Canada (i mean it's her home) but i understand why she's not, and i'm not going to start talking out of my *ss and get mad over it...

 

anyway.... sorry just had to speak my opinion on this whole situation. lol but jeez a lot fo you guys are egtting off easy!!! you know how much the tickets for Edmonton are???(i also saw someone say this about Vancouver in a previous post) but it's $64.73-$520.00!!!! oh my gosh $520!! lol thats worst then Vegas!!! all i can say is i hope those are for like a special VIP package that you could get, cause i really want to try to get good seats but if that's the price of a good seat... i may have a little trouble.

Just thought of starting this topic to see who is planning on buying tockets to the North American leg of the tour and where you're going to see the concert.

Also: i was checking on teamceline but they do not say whcih concerts are going on sale tomorrow 11/9 and which 11/10. I think tehy are doing a poor job at keeping us informed adequately! The news section says check the ticket page and teh ticket page does not say when! Plus, some of the concerts don;t even have links yet!!! Like the one in Philadephia!

 

What do you think?

Wow! 520? And I though Europe had expensive tickets... Maybe it's some sort of a package or something, not just for the ticket...

It's bad for our pockets, but, when you think about it, not so many records are sold these days, so they have to keep the earnings up from somewhere and concerts are about the only thing left... Still, bad for our pockets...

ENTIRE TOUR!!! And you must book your 2 tickets on one show at one time. If you try to buy 2 tickets on 2 different shows. You'll get error. You must call TC and give them your credit card info for them to book your second ticket manually. They're just insanely stupid.

For example, I managed to buy 2 TeamCeline tickets for Paris Bercy and 2 TeamCeline tickets for o2 Arena London. The reason being the Paris tickets were not subject to the 10% discount. So if you choose your shows wisely you could get great seats for a few shows.

Has anyone looked at the seating charts? I got this one from Vancouver and it looks like there are parts of the stage that are 'cut out'. I wonder if after some time, they'll sell tickets to stand in those areas for the show. Take a look:

Hmm, I dont understand. You could buy as many TC tickets as you want but can only get TWO using the

discount? Well when you're on Ticketmaster isn't the code only for TC discounted tickets and not a separate

code for TC nondiscounted? It's all so confusing, the policy should be made crystal clear so we can plan. It's great

they are offering us a 10% discount but if we can buy TC seating without the discount they should say so we can

go to more than one venue - which many of us will do. I wanna go to NJ, NYC, DC, & Montreal.

Can all of you chill out! I went out for a couple of hours to see my grandpa at the hospital and to go to work and this went crazy.

 

 

First of all Teodora, I found your comment xenophobe, you insinuated that Brazil, Poland and Romania (yes, your own country) are not worthy to receive Céline. Those countries are not worse or better than France or USA, they are just different and should be considerated. I'm sorry if you felt offended, but I also did.

 

Second, about the Portuguese and Spanish concerts. They were 99% confirmed. They were part of the inicial plan and about 4 weeks ago there was 99% certain that she would come. Worldticketshop.com had the concert listed. I contacted them and I was informed that one of Céline's promoter gave that info so the concert was 99% confirmed. About 2 weeks ago I was informed that were some issues concerning the concerts at Portugal, Spain and Russia. And one week ago I already knew that Céline wouldn't go to any of those countries due to "logistic reasons". I didn't came here and talk about it, hoping they would go back on their decision, but that didn't happen. I was informed that SONY BMG PT and SONY BMG SPAIN tried their best to make her come. Like I've said before and I will repeat it again: the shows were 'cancelled' due to "logistic reasons".

 

It seems to me that the BIG WORLD TOUR was transformed in a BIG NORTH AMERICAN TOUR, with all my respect for USA and her american fans. I do believe Europe deserved more. The Iberic Peninsula deserved at least one concert.

 

Anyway... I'm letting this go.

 

JUst to let you know, possibly, the CD+DVD edition of the album will not be available in some european countries monday morning due to late distribution and delivery. Some of those countries: Portugal, Finland, Russia...
