3 new songs to be added to A New Day...!!

One of the dancer's said 3 new songs will be added to the show in the next 2-3 months. Here's the quote from Celine's Rose earlier today:

 

[........] but I do have some news to add.  After the show on Sunday night, my mom and I were talking to one of the dancers and he told me about some upcoming changes in the show.  He said that the show is going to change a lot in the next 2-3 months.  He said that they are adding River Deep Mountain High, Unison, and a new French song (which he did not know the name of) to the show.  He also said that they are taking out I Drove All Night.. .  Well, that is pretty much all of the news, so I can't wait to go back and see all of the soon to be changes.

Glad they'll add some new material to make up for the 2 other songs they removed since the 500th show. They should remove LCMM, RDMH will get everybody off their seats I wonder if the fans complaints have anything to do with the upcoming changes. Don't you think it's kind of early for another setlist change? Hmm, which French song could it be? I'm hoping it's SSD

it's stupid... for the end of the show? so it won't be AND dvd this year.... and i don't want songs on dvd from different shows i want whole show and expeled songs seperate... and now i don't want especially RDMH... i think it's not true because Unison don't match to the show....

 

I think that there could be one french song but the second in the show because PQTME must be in the show... it's the most important french song i think:) and in this information that there will be a NEW french song so maybe we haven't known it...

 

I think IDAM could stay in the show for this last year...

 

I only want to expel LCMM or WAWW nothin else....

IDAN was playback anyway.. If they release 2 different shows on DVD, fans will be able to compare her voice and notice.. That's why Sony stopped to release live versions of "The power of love".

I LOOOOOOOOOVE RDMH AND I LOOOOOOOOOVE UNISON!!! I think it's great if they added Unison, because she didn't sing it for soooooo long (if you don't count the Millennium concert) and RDMH will let people dance their asses of!!! I SOOOO HOPE this is true!!!!

 

It would be really good if they added these songs to make up for the cuts they made in May! 19 songs is NOT enough! I don't care that much for IDAN, and I wouldn't care if RDMH will be playback but I do hope they new french song won't replace PQTME It's also a pitty they cut out In some small way out of the show, cos it looked amazing when they aired it!

Though i love PQTME very much I'd like to see a French uptempo song, for example Destin as Bellamy already sad.

 

I don't know if I should be happy about RDMH and Unison.. I don't really see how they could fit the show.

Hm it's sad to think they'll take away I Drove All Night, since it gives an edge to the show and it's up tempo, on the other hand I want miss it either - I do miss Fever!!

Yes, they could gladly take out LCMM and BYLM (such a party pooper + it has been sun too many times and is booring live). Feel free to remove IIC, but I aint seeing that happen. What A Wonderful World is almost butchered by now , so it would be good to loose that one.

 

River Deep Mountain High is an exellent show. Céline does this song live superbly! (is that a word?)

 

Unison, feels like a hoax, but it is good if it is the remix version. The album version has no tempo, especially for today's music. But if it's the remix it suits the show every good, too good to be real, therefor I think it's a hoax.

 

As for the French song I hope it would be Des Mots Qui Sonnet or the most beautiful French song: L'Amour Existe Encore.

 

But if I could dream Tout Les Blues Sont Ecrits Pour Toi would be more than wonderful.

 

I am still waiting for Think Twice and Calling You to be added to the show (Only One Road would suit so well towards the end of the Las Vegas deal.. "Looking back through the years...")

 

The show wouldn't be complete without Calling You. "A desert road from Vegas..")

I think RDMH will do only good to the show. A New Day needs something edgy.

 

Though I think ATW is a great song and it is so nice to listen too it is not show material at all, it would only do well in a Frank Sinatra tribute show or in an acoustic concert. I can't believe why they included the song in the first place, together with If I Could it gently rocks the audience to sleep.

 

 

Folks there ain't no way they will keep PQTME if a new French song is added, it's America - one French song in the set list is one too many.

That makes me believe either this isn't true or the dancer had his songs mixed up. I live RDMH, but since Crystler is the shows sponser, I don't IDAN will be removed.

Ahhh, now I remember seeing this on the official site. This rumour coming from a reliable source may very well be true. Why would they make something up, eh? at least there WILL be more changes coming...

I think it is great that they are updating the show by bringing in a couple of different songs, refresh the show a little, and I will be interested in the choice of french song.

I know that this report is only a rumor but I hope it's true. I don't like "I Drove all Night" so I'd be happy to see that removed although I know others may still like that song. I will agree that IDAN at least makes people get on their feet near the end of the show which is it's only good point. It would be nice to have any songs added for those of us that have seen the show already. It would make sense to add or change some songs at this point since the show has been going on for so long now.

 

I guess future showgoers (is that a real word?) will find out soon.

Oh gosh, I'm really disappointed that they're taking out IDAN. Personally, I think they should take out WAWW and If I Could, instead. BORING sappy songs!

 

I mean, I can picture the riser taking her up in River Deep, Mountain High, but I don't know... IDAN is just one of the most amazing performances of the show!
