Celine Tattoos

I considered it for 0.2 seconds.

Then I remembered how I feel about needles. When I watched Celine talk about IVF, I almost passed out. That's how much they scare me. So I won't be getting a tattoo.

I'd really love to get a tattoo, especially a Céline-related tattoo. But I'm far too indecisive and I'm always changing my mind about things, so I don't think it's a good idea for me to get one until I'm a little more stable lol.

Ive seriously considered getting at Celine tattoo because I have been a fan for 15 years and nothing is slowing me down. I just truly dont want to take it too far and make it crazy. i think after the show here in nashville next year im going to put the number 5 on my handto symbolize celine and coco chanel. They are 2 people that I look up to the most plus thats my lucky number as well!!! LOL

I think all of those tattoos are cool........ I want to get one like the girls on the dvd but the only difference i would have would be, I want it to say A NEW DAY 4 TAKING CHANCES (I'm thinking in french)...... I think I could get it on my lower back or lower leg..... what do y'all think?

I have a Celine tattoo...I thought I posted it here before though, maybe it was on another tattoo topic. Anyhow, I got this tattoo December 2008 in Las Vegas, the day after Celine's last show...so I guess it was to commemorate her last show in Vegas, but also it was a little something special for me, because I have been a fan for over 10 years and this just felt right. I love it, and I'm glad I have it!

This is located on my back right shoulder....it's actually quite small, no bigger than 4 to 5 inches from the C to the E!

Well some people know I had a tattoo a few months ago, so here it is all healed! I still absolutely love it and don't regret it for a second!

 

I also got a personalized license plate on my car now! The Celine immortilization just keeps getting better and better! haha

Un nouveau jour est arrivé, which means A new day has come in French ♥. Well, if you want to get TECHNICAL about it, it means "arrived", but what the f**k ever, arrived and come are pretty much the same thing (unless you're talking about THAT kind of come... which I'm not).

 

The other night, I was watching the A New Day DVD, and I was really listening to the lyrics of A New Day Has Come. That song has always been one of my favourites, but as I was listening to it the other night, and watching her, for some reason, this time was different. I started crying at the lyric, Let the rain come down and wash away my tears, let it fill my soul and drown my fears, let it shatter the walls for a new sun, a new day has come. (I hear it as "sun", because I relate to it more, rather than "son", even though that may be the "official" lyric.)

It's my song. It's everything I live by, wish I COULD live by, want to live by; it's my hope for myself. And I always thought that, ever since I first heard the song. I always thought it, and I always wanted to believe it. But I think the other night (I think it was Monday), it was the first time that it really came true for me. And then it hit me, as Céline started the intro to The Power Of Love, that THAT'S what I need to get as a tattoo. "A New Day Has Come." And the artist in me, the little thing that wants to make things just that much cooler and interesting, wanted to have it in French. And French and I have a love/hate relationship (and a very long history that I wont get into now). And there's the Céline bonus for that, too.

When im much older (im 15); i would like a line from one of her french songs,

on the back of my shoulder, very small, but still readable.

If I had to choose a Celine tattoo to get done, I'd go with lyrics instead of a design... I'm thinking the lyrics (or part of the lyrics) from Je Sais Pas. I've been obsessed with that song since I saw Celine live in Arras. The whole concert was "OK" but the one song that did move me was that one.
