The news is official, and the film is in the making! Here's some news to begin with: Walden Media Outlines Narnia SeriesApril 22, 2006 Entertainment Weekly has an article outlining Walden Media’s plans for the future of the Chronicles of Narnia series of films. Here is the order given: 1. The Lion, the Witch & the Wardrobe (2005)2. Prince Caspian (2008?)3. Voyage of the Dawn Treader4. The Silver Chair5. The Magician’s Nephew6. The Horse and His Boy7. The Last Battle The article also says that, according to Cary Granat (CEO, Walden), Prince Caspian may be bumped from 2007 to Christmas 2008 due to daunting effects demands. The article adds that Walden plans to use Prince Caspian, Voyage of the Dawn Treader, and The Silver Chair to create an interlocking trilogy that will be shot in order. "Prince Caspian" is scheduled for December 13, 2007 in Switzerland. Seems like we don’t have to wait till 2008 after all!" We visited again on saturday, I was really pushing for it and finally my mum agreed. I brought a big purse and stuffed some in it. First, he's 16, because of some of you wanted to know that. Younger than William that means. He's been in German plays and Shakespeare (Henry V i think) and other plays and he was Huckelberry Finn of all things. He's from far away but speaks with an English accent! I can't tell you his name or where he is from. BTW These are completely unedited. Theres no makeup or anything of that sort. My mum's friend kept going on and on about all the natural photos that they had received. I just scanned them in! I know alot more about the whole movie too. They are not being very secretive! Just recently, HarperCollins Publishing company re-published the books, and they changed the original order. I recommend you to read the books in the original order as C.S. Lewis wrote them, NOT the way HarperCollins published them in. To me, it just doesn't make sense. The Origianl Order:1. The Lion, The Witch, And The Wardrobe2. Prince Caspian3. According to The Reporter the announcement from Disney came hours after Columbia Pictures announced that they would release Walden’s The Water Horse on December 8, 2007. While the article states that Disney feared the films would cannibalize each other, it has appeared for several weeks that Caspian would be pushed back to 2008. Adamson is still working on the screenplay and casting director Pippa Hall has said she won’t begin casting for the role of Caspian till this fall. "The Water Horse" is the story of a young lonely Scottish boy who discovers a mysterious egg on the shore of a loch. The egg hatches and a mysterious creature - the mythical water horse, the sea monster of Scottish legend - emerges. As the monster grows, the boy has his hands full trying to hide the monster from people who don’t understand it and want to hurt it. Weta Digital and Weta Workshop will be creating the effects for the film. Grrrr.... This kinda bites! I don't think I'll be able to wait till then!! But I think Jeremy Sumpter would do a good job. He looks just like C.S.
