A few days ago I heard the record she made with Marc, live, from de The colosseum... and I think both are great. BUT... the song will cath more audience and attention if Céline song a little bit more ... because her voice make a great difference. Marc's voice and Céline's voice are perfect to heard toghether ...

 

Céline give such a sense of glamour and luxurious to the song ...

I just love this song. Now my question is, how much of it did Celine actually write? I mean, was like like DSIAFCD where she wrote basically some of the chorus, or did she write this song word for word the whole thing?

 

Also, when will the new version with Celine singing more of the song be available in studio version, or was that a one time live duet version with Marc at the Colliseum recently?

As far as I know in this song only music (the melody) belongs to Celine.

Yes, Celine only wrote the music and English version lyrics. Marc Dupre & Nelson Minville wrote the French version lyrics

It's already out in Quebec since November 2005. There's no CD single, at the moment.

I just heard the song Tout pres du bonheur from Marc Dupre's album! but I was disappointed as celine barely features anything in it and its edgy rock was lost. it seemed that at the gala artis where they performed it live, the song was faster and with a more rock definition!! I LOVED the live version - it was BEAUTIFUL but I'm afraid I dont really like the album's version. u can hear it here and tell me what u think pls

The 'radio version', the one they performed at Gala Artis, is a remixed version. That's why it's not similar to the 'album version'.
