mirage Posted February 10, 2006 at 05:03 PM Posted February 10, 2006 at 05:03 PM that globe was diffrent !? i thought u could look through the globe... :S Quote
Yentl Anchel Posted February 10, 2006 at 06:01 PM Posted February 10, 2006 at 06:01 PM I've been to Charlemange in 2002 and I liked it a lot did took photos of the blue house, and the chimney is the original one Adhemar made. And the 2nd floor of the house is almost the same as it was when Céline lived there. The supermarket across the street is cool to photograph since it is called "Charlemange" The old Celine globe was Mush more beautifull that this one! It was open and you could see the house as you stood in front of it. This one is in my oppinion UGLY even the logo is! Sorry to confuse you all, the reason I say that it is scary is because of the fact that I was standing on the same pavement Celine had walked so many times, it was really quite an emotional thing, especially weird. I will try and get the pictures online in the next hour. Thanks guys<{POST_SNAPBACK}> Quote Elle est mon idéal, La plus grande étoileWill be going to Celine march 2 and 5 2016 and June 20 and 21 2016
Yentl Anchel Posted February 10, 2006 at 06:04 PM Posted February 10, 2006 at 06:04 PM The house was never sold, the owners who wanteds to sell it are still the owners. I hope one day a fan or a group of fans will buy it to "rebuild" it the way it used to be. thanks for the pics, I wonder how much the house sold for. I have to visit there one day. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Quote Elle est mon idéal, La plus grande étoileWill be going to Celine march 2 and 5 2016 and June 20 and 21 2016
