Here's the scan of the interview plus a scan of a gorgeous photo and another photo that was included with magazine article/interview. I unfortunately don't have the whole interview Jennifer did, I just came across these scans accidentally on livejournal one day and this was what was posted. If I knew where to get the rest of the interview I would.

here's an ad for a show at Eddie's Attic I came across just now, I don't know how old the ad is.

I wish we had the whole interview that was back in 06...I've tried and tried to find scans of the rest of it and can't. I even tried the magazine's website but I couldn't make heads or tails of the search results after they came up.

@CelineAndRene I wish I could go to, it would cost way to much to go all the way to Texas for me plus I'm broke with no job, so there's no way I could go. I'm going to keep tabs on the website and see what is posted. Maybe someone at the show will take photo's and I can find them on flickr or photobucket or webshots or something or Sugarland will post pictures on their website(or twitter) with a blog about the show like they did when Kristian did his solo show at Eddie's Attic in November.

I wish!!! a PRIVATE SHOW!!! So not fair!!!! I wanna go soooo bad!!!!!

96.5TIC Acoustic Café is getting the new year off to a good start with a contest for tickets to a private performance by "Sugarland" on Jan. 13th at Maneeley's in South Windsor.

According to the station's marketing guy, Tristano Kourlou, competition for a seat at the show, featuring the award-winning American pop country-western duo Jennifer Nettles and Kristian Bush, is hot.

Those interested in tickets to the private show should listen to the station or register at 965TIC.com.

Well it's not set in stone that I will be there, I have to get money for a ticket after I find out how much they are, if they are a reasonable price and I will have to get together with a few of my friends who want to go and see if we can all have our money at the same time and we will have to order tickets. We don't even know when they will go on sale for the June 16th show yet.

Added some wishful thinking and hoping to my custom title and sig :giggle: Had to add my favorite song title in it of course :P 'Want To' Hope the wishing will bring me some good luck to get to go!

So I HAD to share this! I took some photo's of my niece the other night dancing to Sugarland and in one of the photo's on my tv you can see Annie Clements, the bass player from Sugarland and I have her as a friend and I tagged her in this photo and she commented on it saying she loved it! Totally made my day!

Sugarland 2011 Incredible Machine Tour News: Introducing... the Sugarpit!

Remember when we told you it might be good to have a Sugarpass this year? Members already have access to presales and meet & greet opportunities, but here's a fresh new bonus:

On the 2011 Incredible Machine Tour, many venues will have general admission Sugarpits in front of the stage, giving our fan club members the first chance to be front and center at our shows!

Here’s how this will work: Sugarpass members will get first crack at those GA tickets during our presales. Then, on the day of the show, BRING YOUR LAMINATES and you’ll be able to line up and enter the venue before anyone else to grab a spot on the floor. If you purchased GA tickets for guests, they will be able to join you in line. (No more than three guests per laminate. Guests must have GA ticket puchased through ground(CTRL) for admittance.)

More details about the Sugarpit and Sugarpass access will be available in your ticket confirmation; if you elect to purchase Sugarpit tickets, you will also receive details on when and where to meet before your show via email a few weeks before the performance.

We told you membership had its privileges, and we can’t wait to see you all up front!

Not a Sugarpass member? Get yours here! There's more fun yet to come, and we'd love to have you join us.

To bad I don't have a Sugarpass, I'd totally be up in the Sugarpit!

:D :maniac:

Country Weekly has learned that country superstars Miranda Lambert, Martina McBride, Jennifer Nettles of Sugarland, Reba McEntire and Carrie Underwood will be honored by the Academy of Country Music at Girls Night Out: Superstar Women of Country, which will be taped on Monday, April 4, at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas and which will later air on CBS. Additional honorees and participating talent for the special tribute concert are forthcoming.

The women will be honored for the special achievements in their careers.

Miranda will be recognized for being the only female artist in the Academy’s history to ever win Album of the Year twice. First for Crazy Ex-Girlfriend in 2007 and again for Revolution in 2009.

Martina will be recognized by ACM Lifting Lives for her dedication to raising social consciousness through songs such as “Independence Day” and “Concrete Angel,” which raise awareness of domestic violence and encourage female empowerment. She has won Top Female Vocalist three times, in 2001, 2002 and 2003.

Meanwhile, Jennifer will be recognized for being only one of two female artists in the Academy’s history to ever solo write and perform the Song of the Year, in 2007, with “Stay.”

Reba will be recognized for winning Top Female Vocalist more times than any other artist in the Academy’s history—an impressive seven times.

Carrie will be recognized for being the only female artist in the Academy’s history to ever win Entertainer of the Year twice, first in 2008 and again in 2009.

Jennifer Nettles to record duet with Lionel Richie.

Producer Tony Brown says he's almost completed recording Lionel Richie's album of duets with country artists. So far done are "Stuck on You" (with Darius Rucker), "Sail On" (Tim McGraw), "Lady" (Kenny Rogers), "Easy" (Willie Nelson), "Deep River Woman" (Little Big Town), "You Are" (Blake Shelton) and "All Night Long" (Jimmy Buffett and the Coral Reefer Band). Still to do are recordings with Jennifer Nettles of Sugarland and the Zac Brown Band. "We're having a blast," Brown tells CMT.com. "Lionel is the coolest fun guy, and he's blown away by the musicians here." Brown estimates the album will be out this summer.
