I only had a 1-1/2-hour class today as my students had an Environmental Concerns In The Workplace workshop. But I am too tired. Yesterday I went to bed at 10 and couldn't sleep until 4. I think I'll have to recur to sleeping pills, which I hate. I'm not Dhruvie, but the Heat was the funniest movie of the summer! I've loved Melissa McCarthy since the Gilmore Girls, and teaming her with Sandra Bullock was brilliant and hysterical. Have you tried a white noise machine to help fall asleep? I love them and recommend it to everyone I know (only problem is I can't fall asleep in silence anymore!)
