Born in 65 and a minor? That would be believable if it were 1980. :sofunny:

Good mornin'

A late night run to the supermarket has given me a sore throat. Who craves ice cream at almost 1 AM?

Have an amazing day! :bye1:

The supermarket in Spain is open that late?

Here everything is closed by 9PM and I'm having a little tough time adjusting to that as well as the fact that everything is closed on Sundays. I end up needing to buy stuff only on Sundays

Thank you Bell! You tooooo!!

About the store, there is one called Opencor, which is a small supermarket, and it's the only one to open every single day till 1 AM. I've also had hard time adjusting to not buying things on Sunday, as every single damn store is closed. Thank God there is a small grocery store around the corner that does open on Sundays, in case I need something.

Thank God today my students had an additional course on Environmental Issues in the Workplace, so I can get my throat better for tomorrow. It feels like they were sanding it, as I swallow.

Here we have supermarkets that are open 24 hrs. As well everything (well most things) are open on Sundays. I remember when things were closed on Sundays? Min a way I preferred that as now things seem too commercial.

I know it can feel commercial but there ought to be some stores that open 24x7. When I was in Delhi, India, we had a store aptly named 24x7 and one could get almost anything there. But here in Germany, it's open on weekdays till 7pm and on Saturdays till 1pm and everything is closed after that.

I agree about the 24/7 store. Now we have that convenient Opencor store, but before when we lived in a smaller town, if you needed something on a Sunday, you had to write on your buy-it-next-week list.

Hi, Luis! :) My day was very good actually, I'm quite OK these days. As for your nomination :wink2: ... Well... I think you should prepare some speech for the moment you receive the award. Edited by Bell

That's awesome and I'm happy to hear that.

As for the speech, I suspect he wants me to start with: Thank you, this was totally EXPECTED... :lmao:
