We were supposed to get a big snowstorm but we didn't get a drop!

I do that at times. It's funny how you can start on one mission and end up in a totally different place! Did you find what you were looking for? :)

I have had the time of my life following this woman! Much love.

Good luck, Adi! And good morning from me! If you guys are missing Christina (sfbaysinger) on here, I got an e-mail from her. She's fine, she says hello to everybody. You know that she doesn't post much after the forum upgrade but she's still interested in what's going on here.

Thank you guys :D .... just an update!

my group did the exam second (we are divided into 4 groups and each session contained 2 groups actually).

on the way, i saw this genius guy in my class that I am sort of fighting off the title of excellent student with (coz i wanna get an excellence scholarship), he got a 10 but he said quite a few people failed...

anyway i was so stressed out that i sort of blacked out. it was a difficult test to begin with... also when we finished, we waited outside for more than an hour while the teacher checked our results. It was nerve wrecking.... she called each of us inside to tell us the results and those who had an almost passing score (4.75 etc) got a chance to complete something that will make them get a 5 and pass.

She didn't read out out our names in order so it was very confusing...

either way, after crying and wanting to throw up for about an hour and a half - I got a 10!!!! :happydance:

This has nothing to do with hard work, honestly.... i think it more has to do with luck.

what i did correcly was divide my time.

we had only 45 minutes to do it and we had to have a presentation on powerpoint also. i took the few couple of minutes we had before the beginning of the exam, to prepare a power point presentation with some basic design (it'a part of what we studied) to save time later, also when i saw i didn't mannage to do something, i left it to complete another thing..

my work wasn't perfect but they didn't take off points for that as long as the general idea was understood i guess...

Yeah, I remember I used to feel bad sometimes when my classmates had to retake exams or repeat courses.

I laugh at the way we (including myself) overuse acronyms.

I wonder if we'll post like this someday: I DK whether CD will R a new CD in TCY or if SM will not PA to TEM in 2013.

My father works for a state factory which needs to be transformed into a private property but the only candidate to buy it eventually said 'no deal'. Now they're back to where they started and the last salary they got was for September. I am unemployed and the only income of my family now is my mother's salary... It's a nasty situation, I just wanted to share.

You're welcome!

I just did two good things:

First, I clipped my cats' claws, which is always an adventure.

Then, I baked a lemon cake. Yum!

Yes, it's hard everywhere. Here in Bulgaria we're kind of used to live hard (or die hard, depends on the point of view) but just when we think to ourselves that it couldn't get worse...the situation proves us wrong. But I'm really happy to have you guys to share such things. Sometimes it's heavy on my heart nut then I come to you, talk to you, you give me kind words and understanding and I start feeling better. I'm proud of my 'forum family'!

But yes, overall it's been a good day.
