Went to the Titanic museum. You can see in the photo below the slipway where Titanic actually sat between those enormous steel poles when it was being built. It was quite inspiring to be there. I think something was wrong with the cooling system in the building. Then as I'm leaving work a gust of wind takes my hat and it lands in a bicycle encloser that's locked. Of course no ones seems to have a key for it so I had to leave my hat there for the night. Then as I'm walking home it's started to rain but I couldn't use my umbrella as it was too windy, and just when I'm about 2 blocks from my house the skies decided to open up. I arrived home dripping wet. I have such great luck. lol Instagram: @delphis78

Our initial landlord defaulted/did not pay the morgage but thankfully the person who he bought it from is not a realtor but a private buyer and she's so nice she has no desire to kick us out/raise our rent.
