Only right. I don't know what to do about it, I put this hot "bean bag" thingy on it, to help relax the muscles, but I don't know if it helps..Sigh, I really hope it'll get better by Monday, cause I really don't want to skip another Monday Bodystep class.. already had to skip the two previous ones. I'm a little better now, though I still can't properly turn my head to the left, but it isn't as bad as it was yesterday morning. But I've been stretching a little (or as much as the neck allows me ) and keeping the area warm. And I can still rest this whole day, so I hope it'll be ok by tomorrow. And now I can look up and down already, which I also couldn't do yesterday. Who here remembers the hOme Alone movies that are always played during Christmas? They were some of my favourite movies for many years! And I still think they are some of the best Christmas movies there are! Can't believe it's been 20 years though since they came out.... wow. Which is bio, so I've been trying to study. I need to print off all the powerpoints that are left that will be on the test and study those. There's just too much information in the chapters. It's simplified on the slides for the powerpoint down to what we really need to know for the test.
