But definitely not my favorite string quartet cover group - they sound a little harsh to me I might still buy their Celine tribute album on iTunes though

Their Lady Gaga album sounds better. Prolly cuz it's more upbeat than Celine's

Prolly cuz it's more upbeat than Celine'sI'll have to check out the other albums then. It's definitely a challenge to keep it interesting with such drawn out parts of Celine's songs Edit: Yup, you're right haha. They just needed more upbeat Celine songs it seems Edited February 8, 2011 at 05:19 PM by riobeard11

Claudette Posted February 8, 2011 at 06:03 PM Posted February 8, 2011 at 06:03 PM (edited) Got an e-mail from an old school friend today. Apparantly she found my brother on facebook and he must have given her my contact details. But what ticks me off is that she writes the e-mail in English. She is Afrikaans just like me, we went to a damn Afrikaans school together. Her grandparents live a couple of houses from me and they still speak Afrikaans. Is she now all of a sudden too good to speak Afrikaans? And in the first paragraph she asks me if I'm married and have children. Am I the only one that thinks that is just a bit nosy. That is why I hate these type of reunions. Everybody is always just interested to know whether or not they did something better with their lives, or to compare husbands and I don't know who has the biggest house and crap. Edit: I think I'm gonna e-mail her back and say that yes I've been married three times already and I have six children, two from each marriage... Here we are now, our daily snuggle-time "If you follow your dreams it means you follow your heart. And if you follow your heart - I don't think you can go wrong."

Last class, history. They mention Les Baronets in the manuel. I creeped out a few people when I saw that... http://images.lpcdn.ca/435x290/201103/17/305341.jpg Merci Céline pour ces deux soirées inoubliables que j'ai passées à tes côtés. Céline74 Posted February 8, 2011 at 09:50 PM Posted February 8, 2011 at 09:50 PM my dog is so old and my mom wants to put him to sleep Aww Nooo Why?... That's so sad! http://i837.photobucket.com/albums/zz298/virgo17th/Sam%20and%20Me/Senzatitolo-1-1.jpg
celinedream Posted February 8, 2011 at 10:15 PM Posted February 8, 2011 at 10:15 PM in a way i do get her point I mean, my poor baby he's just not living a quality life. All the time he's having trouble walking, eating, peeing, and spends most of the day sleeping anyway. Do you guys think that dogs have a soul? An angel was looking through,It was you,Yeah you...it'sYou are the REASON.
Céline74 Posted February 8, 2011 at 10:22 PM Posted February 8, 2011 at 10:22 PM Yeah! ! think they have a soul, dogs are the best companions, so your dog will be back one day to watch over you if you put him to sleep, it's just a sad thought though. How old is he? http://i837.photobucket.com/albums/zz298/virgo17th/Sam%20and%20Me/Senzatitolo-1-1.jpg
Alex_Incognito Posted February 8, 2011 at 10:25 PM Posted February 8, 2011 at 10:25 PM Jimena That's one of the hardest decisions you can ever make. I feel your pain. I'll never forget when my dog became really sick and it became obvious she wouldn't get any better. We all talked and came to the conclusion that the day had come. We didn't want her to suffer anymore. It was difficult and probably the worst day of my life, at least to this point. We're lucky we can do that for our dogs. Sometimes I think it's a shame we can't do it to humans. "People pay 20-25 dollars to see you."- Céline Dion, 1990
celinedream Posted February 8, 2011 at 11:22 PM Posted February 8, 2011 at 11:22 PM he's 15 years old, his vet says he's lived more than the average. you're right Alex, it's a very very hard decision to make, so hard that nobody has the courage to make it. Every time my mom brings up the topic we just try to ignore it...I just don't have the heart to do it An angel was looking through,It was you,Yeah you...it'sYou are the REASON.
celine-rc Posted February 9, 2011 at 12:47 AM Posted February 9, 2011 at 12:47 AM I feel so bad for you Jimena. I do think that dog's have sould, definetly. Just do what you think is going to be best for your dog. I know it's a really hard decision but I guess that if he's really suffering... http://images.lpcdn.ca/435x290/201103/17/305341.jpg Merci Céline pour ces deux soirées inoubliables que j'ai passées à tes côtés. If you went to my high school that would probably be a question your gonna get asked, we had a daycare in our high school only one in our city to have one. It's awful. But seriously I find people I went to HS with on Facebook and I swear to you 9 times out of 10 they are married or getting divorced, or remarried or they have two to four children. I'm not kidding. Practically every person I went to HS with that graduated with my class of 2005 they have been married/or divorced and have at least two children. The only people I know that aren't are my best friends and one of them is even married now. “There’s nothing I love more than the romance of a night in the theater.”http://i39.tinypic.com/ws0due.png
Alex_Incognito Posted February 9, 2011 at 02:28 AM Posted February 9, 2011 at 02:28 AM I share your sentiments as well! Almost all of my friends are married, married with children, with children, or near married. Sick. "People pay 20-25 dollars to see you."- Céline Dion, 1990

The only people I know that aren't are my best friends and one of them is even married now. That is why I'm not really that interested in contacting her. I don't know, we live in different worlds now. What will I have to say to somebody that is married with children and who I haven't seen in 7 years. Maybe if we didn't lose contact it would have been different. People grow appart... sad but true... I dreamt about swimming in the ocean again. I keep dreaming that lately. It is so weird.
