Was watching Figure Skating yesterday, all I can is that Joanne Rochette was amazing last night. I don't think I could Skate, after loosing my mom like that. :cry: :yes: That Short Program was amazing, if you didn't shed a tear watching it well. Also The Audence was amazing as well, after she was done Standing Ovation by the crowd and all over Canada.

 

i know :cry: she's on the front page of JDM too...what a brave lady she is..

i hope the japanese girl falls or something tonight at the final so Joanne gets gold :giggle: now that's just mean i take that back....let the best one win

anyone good with computer stuff? I've been having constant problems with my very, expensive wireless router. I live next door to my brother who has high speed so I pick up high speed on my laptop through the router. Well the first week or so it was working fine. Then it started going out CONSTANTLY! This is a nightly thing, I have to go next door, 3, 4, 5, 6 times an evening/night and reset everything, router, modem, computer. Then sometimes the wireless still doesn't connect. It will have three bars and needs four to connect. It tries to connect on three but can't. Sometimes it goes out completely and tells me there are no wireless connections at all. Then mine comes back with three bars. I had to wait six hours or so for it to work last night after reseting everything four times. I'm having the same issue now, its went out twice after I've reset stuff twice. Any suggestions on what I can do to get and keep a stronger signal so I'm not walking next door half the night and not getting my homework and studying done. Edited by Belle Céline

Sounds like either there is major noise on your cable connection or your router needs to be updated. You could try checking for any updated firmware for your router. That seems to have fixed my issue with my Linksys WRTG54 I was having late last year. I updated the firmware, and since then, I haven't dropped off once unless my cable connection was out completely.

Its a brand new router, I don't think it would need any updates. I'd have to ask my cousin, he bought it and set it up. He's the computer genius in the family. He's going to move the router on Friday and see if that helps. If not then IDK what he'll do.

Yeah probably not as likely with new routers. But not out of the question. There might still be a firmware update if the manufacturer discovered bugs in what was shipped with. Btw I forgot to say you may also want to try replacing cables too. Like the network cable from the modem into the router. This is of course assuming your connection never drops if its connected DIRECTLY to the modem. Good luck!

ugh I'm so stressed, I have a music test tomorrow and a test in math on monday and then the week after I have a test in my childhood wellbeing class. To much stuff at once.
