Depends on what you need it for, Krys and also, on your budget. I have a Studio 15 and Edwin's got a Studio XPS which is the newer one but a little more expensive than the Studio. Both can be configured nicely and as per your wish but whatever you get, BUY the 3-Year Complete Cover. I did a big mistake by just getting a 1 Year one and had to renew it

the only difference between the two is the graphics card. the XPS 16 has 1GB and the Studio 15 has 512MB. well i need it for my assignments lol

Then get the XPS cos my graphics card can't seem to take the load of PS, Flash, AE and Max at the same time and since you'll be doing a lot of graphics related stuff using softwares by Adobe primarily, the 1GB card would be very helpful. Also, buy 2x2 gb instead of one single stick. A dual channel RAM is faster than a single channel one

Yeah, I bought the 4 year Complete Warranty when I got my Inspiron 1505. It broke in year 3 and they replaced it with the Studio XPS 15. It was worth the extra warranty money! Trust me, unlike other insurance where you will pay for premiums you never use, your computer WILL break one day

I had the 15 as well. It definitely couldn't take the amount of "graphic" apps I had. Was a bit laggy.

Very true. This october my warranty will expire but I will renew it and get the 3 year Complete Cover and give this laptop to my mum and get myself a new one.

Once I got Win7 on my laptop, it got significantly faster but it's still slow compared to those peeps' computers in my school. I so envy their new ones :P

Of coure the day before I'm going to see CTTEOTW I wake up with a raging sore throat. My throat is covered in red bumps and my tonsils are swollen and my head is stuffed up I just hope I don't feel like crap tomorrow morning. Atleast I have some cold medicine at home I can take. He had the gall to put his watermark over the Oprah videos. I have no problem with people downloading the mp4 from youtube, but to take credit for it is outrageous! My consolation is the videos he was able to grab are compressed again and are definitely not in 1080i

my nephew has x box live and apparently some how with the wireless connection he can see everything on my computer! I was like uh no! My cousin said it can be fixed, and he fix it so my nephew can't do that anymore. It's my stuff he doesn't need to be going through it.
