But add a charger in mouse would make it much heavier and more expensive. I don't think anyone would really like the design. Change batteries one time every 3 months is fine to me.

I don't use Bluetooth mouse. I only use USB wireless mouse with a mini USB receiver. It can last about 3 month. I use mouse 12 hours a day at least.
