What's interesting is that they used the same font for the letters excellence as they did in 2003 for her perfume Belong (font "Optima")! It never gets old lol

After listening to her version of Respect numerous times, I find the song quite cool to chill out and have a good time. I'm not mad at her anymore for recording it hahahah It shouldn't be on the new album though, but I would appreciate it as  bonus track for download!

Now that I’ve seen the original version I’m just confused about something.
Why isn’t she saying all the lines, just a couple of words. I know she’s MORE than capable of delivering a stellar performance.
I wonder if this was done on purpose. They just let her be authentic and spontaneous, in her natural habitat so to say

I’m right there with you. When I heard the first snippet, I was like “Oh no, girl - don’t go there!!!!!!” But now, I want to hear the full thing!! Usually her covers are lifeless carbon copies of the the original with her voice on top, but this —even though it’s still a carbon copy— sounds campy, energetic, and sassy. Her vocals are scorching hot. It matches her new attitude.

And now, all I can think is how badly I want her to sing “New Attitude” by Patti LaBelle. In fact, I’m shocked she hasn’t yet!! 😂

i highly doubt that she recorded the full thing, but just a portion of the song that's been commissioned for the commercial. just like they did with Mes Ailes a Moi in 2004 (french version of You and I), I don't think she ever did a full version of it, but a snippet to play for the commercial to promote it with.
