Anyway....
Luckily because of a horrible blizzard in the US, we had a very slow day today. It allowed me to watch a lot of the funeral live.

This is a sign of deep love. Both wedding rings lay - attached on the original cushion of their wedding - on Rénes casket. Celine wore her engagement ring instead. At the end of the funeral ceremony the priest brought her the cushion and Céline put both rings - his and hers - on the ringfinger of her left hand.

Not necessarily. Some members of my family were cremated the day after the funeral. The ceremony took place with casket the day before. After that the remains are cremated and the urn is placed into the grave in the circle of the closest family only.
We don't know what was René's wish. We can only surmise.

The moment where she entered in the cathedral with her boys with this so lovely song, "trois heures vingt".
The moment where she put the cushion with black lili and did L. V. at René's casket.
The moment where she hold RC hands before sitting.
The moment where RC and Patrick took the floor.
The moment where her mother kissed her at the end of "l'amour existe encore".
The moment where she took off from her cushion both rings to wear them, so symbolic.
The moment where she kissed the casket.
The moment where she turned her face at the cathedral and held hands to give her strengh to go on.
Every moment where a movement became history for my heart and my memory.
Love was so huge, so powerful, and so much saddness...

Does anyone know what scriptures were used?
I am so glad they all have people around them now. Funerals are emotionally taxing, but so is going home afterwards. I am glad they all have children of their own, and have a loving and supportive family.

So true, when people are constantly visiting, and checking up on, you, it's much easier to get through the day. It's when the visits dwindle, and everybody else's lives go back to normal; when your still stuck in your loss, that you truly feel it.

Songs released as singles were ''Une Colombe'', ''Mon Reve De Toujours'' and ''Un Amour Pour Moi'', all of which are radio friendly (on top of being good songs, of course). One listen to this amazing album though and it's obvious that ''Melanie'', ''Chante-Moi'' and ''Trois Heures Vingt'' are its true gems... well, at least for me!
