Can someone translate it please?
I hope celine gets to Montreal asap, and gets to see Daniel, and Daniel gets to see her. Obviously if she's not there already.
Please celine don't go back on stage next month. It's far too soon, with Daniel's fight also.
Life can be so unkind.

Just wanted to share a personal experience:
My dad passed away when I was 13, so I know what it's like to lose a parent at a young age, as so many do. Every person deals with death and grief in their own way, but one of the things I am thankful for is my family let me have my time to grieve and work through it but also tried to keep me busy and make sure I didn't withdraw from life.
While the loss of Rene will be so difficult for Celine and her boys, I have a feeling Celine will encourage RC to be very active with his friends, etc, because that is what Rene would have wanted. There will be time for tears and sadness, but just because life ends, love doesn't. Rene's love will always be with them.
That is why I believe Celine will carry on this year and grace the stage, because that is what Rene wanted her to do. That is how she will honor his memory. Will it be easy? No. But that is why we all love and respect Celine, because there is no facade, everything she does comes for a true and real place.
I mean this in this most respectful way, I truly believe a new day has come for Celine.
And we will all be there to support here in this new chapter of her life, in whatever the new chapter may bring.

Unless they did so outside of Twitter and I'm just not seeing it, I'm very disappointed Shania Twain, Elton John, Bette Midler, Rod Stewart and Cher haven't said anything regarding Rene's passing. If it were not for he and Celine, they would not have had their shows at Caesars Palace. Also, pretty disrespectful on both Ken Ehrlich's part and Franco Dragone's part to not post a statement yet either.
Also, I'm a bit surprised some of her duet partners such as Peabo Bryson, R. Kelly, Andrea Bocelli, Michael Buble and Frank Sinatra (his estate/people running his social media pages), to name a few, haven't posted any type of comment yet either.
Has Mego released any kind of statement, by the way?

Plus, I'm sure that it's possible to miss an announcement or three in the incredibly huge world of media. And, as time goes by, the media will move on to the next earth shattering story and condolences might not be the lead story.
Also, I think Céline and the children will move on eventually. We all do. They have known for a long time that this was coming. It was a love story for the ages, and the family will grieve for a very long time. But time has a way of numbing the pain, especially when the person is a strong one like Céline. René made her career but Céline was the one who walked on stage every performance. They are both strong.
I, like everyone else, am shocked and saddened by René's passing. But he is no longer in pain and he is still by Céline and the children's sides. I want them to be able to take whatever time they need. But life WILL go on. It will never be like it was but it will progress.
And, in my humble opinion, our Queen will step up and take the King's place eventually. And she will do it as she always has...with passion and professionalism. Her heart, and the show, will go on.

Surrounded by the love of his family and friends, René Angélil passed away on Thursday, January 14, 2016, on the eve of his 74th birthday.
He will be remembered as a gentle man, generous and kind, an unprecedented visionary, a modern Pygmalion, a Renaissance man.
All who had the privilege of knowing him and of working closely with him, whether personally or professionally, salute a leader and a man of great intelligence and wisdom.
As her manager, René Angélil made Céline Dion a star of international stature. René and Céline’s actions made a strong and permanent statement shedding light on Québec’s many talents and carrying it all over the world.
For this reason and for many others that bind him to the core values of this country, he has touched people’s hearts. They realize that they have lost a conqueror and a man of great substance and influence. He is now a part of the collective memory of the music industry, be it in Canada or elsewhere in the world.
Son of deceased Alice and Joseph Angélil, he is leaving in grief his beloved wife Céline Dion and their three children, René-Charles, Nelson and Eddy; his first born Patrick (Sophie Danis) son of Denyse Duquette; Anne-Marie (Marc Dupré) and Jean-Pierre (Thi Hong Hoa) children of Anne Renée; his grand-children Alicia and Justin (Patrick), Anthony, Stella and Lenny (Anne-Marie), Rémi (Jean-Pierre); his brother, André Angélil; his cousins, Paul, Robert and Ginette Sara, and his many close friends, relatives, business partners and colleagues.
According to his final wishes, his Funeral will be held at Notre-Dame Basilica in Montreal, where 21 years ago, he chose to marry the one who will remain as the great love of his life, the artist for which he had the most respect, the woman who gave him light and happiness until his very last breath.
Thursday, January 21, 2016
A Chapel of Rest will be open to the public to pay a last tribute to René Angélil, on Thursday, January 21 from 2pm to 9pm.
Friday, January 22, 2016
A religious service will be celebrated on Friday, January 22 at 3pm.
In addition, a Celebration of Life will be held in Las Vegas on February 3, 2016 at the Caesars Palace Colosseum from 7:00pm to 9:00pm.

I'm very surprised to hear from Mariah Carey! She added a beautiful picture of Celine and Rene.

Out of all the photos I've seen today - fan made or not - this one picked by Mariah is the best one. The message is beautiful too.
People want us to believe they don't like each other but surely the two remaining divas of the 90s support each other. I would still love a duet one day.

This is just to much sadness to absorb. First Rene and now Celine's brother is on his death bed fighting a battle with cancer. I hate this stupid disease.
Celine's life couldn't be more of a s*** storm right now which makes me so sad. It's breaking my heart knowing that she is suffering and that her family and mother are suffering along with her as they are also experiencing great loss at the same time. This just isn't fair.
I send my love to Rene in heaven and my prayers to Celine, her brother Daniel and her family as they go through this very difficult time.

The family invites all those who would like to make a contribution to make a donation to the Azar-Angelil Research Chair for ORL Cancer.
