I have to agree on that one. Besides it gives me a chance to practice (French and I have a love hate relationship lol) and from what I can understand here, this person isn't asking anything just stating excitment over the fact that Celine is back and Rene's health.

"Celine show" & "Celine" store:
Someone who works at the "Celine" merchandise shop also passed on a tip: it's best to avoid going to the shop directly after the show. The place can be a crazy busy. So, if you want a t-shirt or something, go before the show.
I always pick my tickets up at the Box Office the day of the concert. That's when I hit the store because it is a madhouse there after the show.
I tried the store after the show the first time I saw Céline at Caesars and it was packed, inside and out. I fought the crowd for 40 minutes while my wife played slots just outside the store. When I proudly came out with all my trophies she said, "Couldn't you have come back later and bought that stuff? I won $500 here while waiting for you."
It's a good thing I love her...
One more serious comment. Vegas, in general, is not a small budget town. I don't make a ton of money so we only go every year or so. Caesars is not huge because of bargains. Caesars, and all the other big resorts, cost a small fortune. But that's why we only take money that we don't plan on coming back with. If you take your rent money to a Vegas vacation, expecting to have it when you leave, you're going to be disappointed 99% of the time. But it's that 1% that keeps us coming back. That and the Queen.
Bottom line, don't expect to be rich at the end of your vacation but, if planned well and done reasonably, you'll have memories that will last a lifetime.

We got our room comped for two nights and made a deal for a limo to Céline's show. (Yes, you can sometimes barter in Vegas) Didn't cost us much more than a taxi and felt good when we arrived...

I'm going to Vegas with my boyfriend, but since I got an expensive ticket (amazing seat!) my boyfriend isn't going to the show. I'll be going by myself and I REALLY REALLY want to meet other Celine fans! I hope we can meet up before the show! and maybe I'll be sitting close to some people that I meet here on the forum.
I don't want to be lonely during the show...

You won't even realize anyone is sat next to you once Celine's on the stage. I always go with somebody but next time I'll probably go alone. Last time I was there I didn't say a word to the person I was with or take my eyes off Celine the whole time she was on that stage.

Completely agree. Normally when I listen to celine I get so into it and sing along in a flamboyant manner. First and only time I ever saw Celine I was literally just staring at her every move (jaw to the floor) in complete awe. She commands your full attention. The place could be on fire and if she was still singing you wouldn't even notice lol

I about pooped mah pants when she was only 10ft away from me. There's no way I could have a meet n greet. Something bad would happen to me. I'm certain I'd die.
But apart from that I'm a normal person.

I was actually enormously lucky to have a meet and greet the first time I saw Celine. Now granted I had been trying to see her live for 16 years, but still I digress. This was me at the meet and greet. One of the most embarrassing moments of my life to date. No seriously, I was cheesin'so hard and she even teased me by imitating my reaction when she walked in the room. It wasn't ridiculous because I was very silent but my face couldn't hide my happiness. Ugh still mortified

She was standing right in front of me when she was singing HDYKTMP in the aisle. I wanted to shake her hand, but I was just in shock. I really wish I did now.

August 29th will be my second show of Celine and I'm going by myself too. I'm not even worried because my first Celine's concert during the TCWT I didn't meet anybody, and it wasn't necessary since you only want to see Celine and sing along during the whole show haha... but don't get me wrong, it's always nice to meet people with the same passion as you!!!!
It would be nice if I can take some pictures of the colosseum before or after the show.
I'm staying at the Holiday Inn Desert Club Resort which, according to Google Maps, is within walking distance to Caesars, the only doubt I have is that I don't know how to access to the Colosseum, do you need to go inside the hotel? or does it have an independent entrance? I was reading all the advices on this thread but somehow unexpected things always happen to me! lol and this time I don't want to take any risk

You'll have a nice walk through Linq, cross Las Vegas Blvd and you can enter Caesar's through the walkway right next to Caesar's Palace Drive, it will take you close to the Colosseum without having to go through the main entrance.

Is there a picture of you at the meet and greet? Or am I misunderstanding? If there is, where can I see it, please.

I second the recommendation for Rear Orchestra. I was in the very last row of rear orchestra, and I loved it! It didn't feel far at all.

I third the motion! haha Rear orchestra is still good. I also sat there and thry were good seats. Have to remember this is still a smaller theatre where everything is relatively close, and they designed the theatre so that every seat can see the stage and all its contents.
