I'm hoping the Le Press interview is not the big announcement and that we will get something later on in the day. It's still very early in certain parts of the world. It's only 3:27am where i am, so maybe there's still a chance for some big news.

I will be pissed if this Le Press interview turns out to be the big announcement.

maybe we should write a black mail to Sony and warn them if they dare trick us with this "old news pretends to be new and big" thing again, we wont buy her new album. the mail comes with text fill with all the members names in this forum. i think in average, every one of us would be purchasing 2.26 albums, they can do the math. i know they dont care about this small impact, so not only do we quit buying albums, we are also downloading it illegally and spread it to the rest of the world right when it comes out.

I think this has been some kind of crossing missunderstood announcements in between facebook managers... It's quite strange that the official page never announced nothing thta... a "big announcement it's coming on..." and facebook posts in Columbia and Celine Dion fb were removed silently.... So here again we are talking about someone fooling around or really silly people that doesn't know a s***....

The constant mistakes in this album release it's being so stupid and unbelievable... more when you see how wonderfully they made the Sans Attendre realese, with interviews with the songwriters in VEvo etc...  With no "silly" Big Announcements that never come... Live videos with mistaken uploads where you can see Celine... It's a big mess of release... I can understand if this album it's maybe the best album in the last  14 years but the biggest flop... just the lack of interest from everyone in Sony or the Celine team or Celine herself it's frustrating...

No. The original announcement appeared for non-English speakers as well, it's only the correction for the 11th that only appeared for English speakers.

I'm really ashamed as a fan to read some comments here. There is nothing wrong with the big announcement, it will be made today, as announced, certainly during normal American working hours.

It may also be worth noting that Columbia and Celine's FB page originally tweeted/posted the teaser picture around 11:00am Eastern (nearly seven hours from now); I suspect it'll come around then.

Damn... I was so looking forward to this announcement to give my day a kick start. I've had a really bad week and this was like a glimmer of hope for me - something to get excited about! Ugh. Now I'm just sad.

But I hope when I get back home there're WILL be something HUGE!

The original announcement appeared on the Columbia USA Facebook page. It would be quite correct to relate the news to a North American public only.

so we all know that even the record label knows that talking about music, especially her own music is so rare and BIG !!!!

Somehow I'm curious about how it works... At what time do the official page make updates and who is in charge and in what country it is located... so they have updated few hours ago la presse interview so it was like 09:00 AM 10/11 in Europe  but  23:00 PM  10/10 in SF and 02:00 AM 10/11 in NY....  so.... ¿????? (I'm making aproximations with time...  and I discard Asia because the page surely comes from USA or Europe.. sorry...)

News are published on the website every day at midnight PT (GMT -8 ). Those are automatically generated. No one at Celine's team/Sony are behind their computer at midnight pressing the key to publish an article on the website. They are written several days before.

When they announce something special, that isn't part of the daily updates, they publish it during working hours. So it can be anytime during the day. We still have several hours to wait.

I know that some of us can be mad or nervous or apprehensive or fired up, etc. And I have been disappointed about several decisions that have been made in the past, but to even consider boycotting a release or her career would never cross my mind.

The announcement hasn't been posted yet. That article was just part of the site updates they do every night. It will most likely be during normal business hours here. Probably around 9-10 sometime. Its only a little after 7am so still a few hours to go guys!
