i dont like all the pics, and yeah some of them had me even rolling on the floor in laughter (the gaga pants) but the point of these shoots is to do sth risky and fun and bring out a new side of celine

i am all for these pictures, I think celine must have wanted to do one of those type of shoots where she can look back in her 80s and think "yeah i looked good"

my only issue with them is people are going to think wow celine dion is sexy, perhaps her new album is going to be edgy??? i think a shoot like this around the time taking chances was released would have been perfect, but to follow it up with a cover album or torch songs is sorta like blink and you miss the edgy celine.

I dont have an issue with the album, i dont have an issue with the shoot i just think there is no consistancy, and celine has earned that right to do what she wants, but i look at chers new album later this year, theres hype for it, shes tweeting little bits of info, the press then print it, shes working with pink, gaga, timberland, jason durulo, rhinnas producers ec, and its go people excited. but if cher is doing a dance album or rock album she will do an edgy shoot, she will market herself to that crowd, i just find celine is marketing herself to a younger crowd with these pictures, and following it up with an album that unless your a celine fan you wont buy if your under 18, does anyone get what im saying. its like an anti climax,

but all that being said i think celine is amazing no matter what, and these pictures are great

I say I was completly in shock when I saw that in Facebook after I woke up. And let me say, feel that after 15 years being her fan is FANTASTIC. For the first time in YEARS she is not playing safe. She totally dares here. Being completly surprised by her after all these years is such an amazing feeling. I'm in love with these amazing pics! The video is as great as the pics. Thanx lord! These made my day!

The video is terrific. Thanks for posting. She looks like she had a fun day, so nice to forget about being a mom for a while and escape into the world of being a diva. I know I do it all the time!

The negative comments here are as distasteful to me as the photos seem to be to others. People turning their noses ip at her for having some fashion photos done.   I guess these people must be coming from deeply conservative cultures. There's nothing at all wrong with these photos in terms of Celine and her life, she's not burning photos of the Pope or drinking bats blood. She's still the same woman we love, she's just having a fun day and wearing kick #ss heels. Get a frigging grip people! It's 2012.

Is she hot? yes.

Is this a wise publicity choice? hell no!!!

Celine took so beautiful (though quite weird) pictures and they are very sexy indeed. but this is a pityful attempt to look like on of the current top singers such as Madonna/Gaga/Rhianna or any other singer who puts the emphasis in her career, on her looks and the gimics, rather than the voice and the quality of her music.

Celine was better than that.

and since this is obviously meant to start promoting her album and getting people to talka bout her again before the album comes out, I can just imagine the direction this album is gonna take and I am really not liking it.

yes Celine has an amazing body but she doesn't need to prove any of it. her voice is better than any other singer, with or without a killing body...

I really don't think you need be so worried Adi. As publicity goes its great publicity. A lot of people think they know Celine, but we her fans always knew there was more fun, more edge to her than the world thought there was. These pictures help to educate people to another side to Celine that I have spent years telling people  was always there. It's to me, the best publicity she has had in years. And not a kid in sight. Happy days.

The photoshoot is a one off. I dont see that they are going to have much baring on the album artworks. They won't probably be this daring (sadly) but its exciting now to think what we might get. I want 2 copies of this magazine cos some of these photos need framing
