Here's was I found in April of 2014 in a press article. I will try to find the exact source in the coming days:
Céline recorded the song "Then You Look At Me" at 11:30 p.m. (this was in June or July of 1999). Before the recording session, she had over five glasses of coffee and chose a lyrical repertoire to prepare her voice. Just as had happened with "Treat Her Like A Lady" two years earlier, Céline didn't know the rhythm of the song well, so she had to wait for the producer to sing it first and work on it for a few minutes.
It took an hour and half for Céline to record the entire song. She didn't leave the studio until she had heard the final mix. She left the studio, in which were David Foster and James Horner's team, at around 5:00 a.m., probably due to the coffee.
Five days after that session, Céline went back to the studio to record "That's The Way It Is" with Max Martin. This time, she decided not to listen to the final mix. She first heard the song two days later.
The next day, Céline went back to the studio to record Diane Warren't "I Want You To Need Me". Apparently she was tired and a bit discouraged during the recording session. "I love all the songs written by my friend Diane, she always writes me beautiful tracks" was the most Céline said that night.
Celine left the studio about an hour after she had arrived due to an intense headache.
The recording session for "The First Time Ever I Saw Your Face" took place a few days later. The songs "Live (For The One I Love)", "All The Way" and "If Walls Could Talk" were later recorded in that order.
Apparently, a Spanish version of the latter, called "Si Las Paredes Hablaran" was also recorded by Celine. This Spanish version was also composed by Robert Lange, and Celine was helped by an assistant for better pronunciation.
It was November when Céline arrived at a studio at 02:00 p.m. to film the video for "I Want You To Need Me" wearing a spectacular red dress. Unfortunately, the release of the video was cancelled a few weeks after the filming and its broadcast was forbidden for not being in line with the singer's public image. Both the singer and her husband admitted that the clip is more violent than fans could expect.
But before all that unreleased-music-video situation started, Céline filmed the video for "That's The Way It Is". Two blouses were considered for the video: one was white with small blue details and the other was a bit more basic.
That's one of the most interesting things I've ever read about Céline in recent years about her discography. Thank you very much! I don't think the unreleased I want you to need me video would shock fans nowadays... She's done worst, much worst.

I remember about the rumors of that Spanish version on the Mexican single but, if i'm not wrong, it was only the "Can you keep a secret?" part..... not the whole song

For fun? Compare how she sing in Live with Recording Studio. Which one makes her sing super effort where we can already see her veins poppin in her neck because of high belted notes.
one example is The Reason. So, yeah! It’s a waste if a song was never released.
In live, they can just lower the key

Now that's something I want to hear!!
'Both the singer and her husband admitted that the clip is more violent than fans could expect'
I'm sure that in the end if that video gets released now we don't have a clue why they canceled it back then.
A little controversial video wouldn't hurt her image.
I'm more concerned that they released Je T'aime Encore

I love this picture as well, but I don't like it when it's almost like green-ish.. It looks much better when it's warmer. Well, I think so anyway.
Edit: I have it in pretty high resolution here: https://imgur.com/hkjYfrE

I don't know, but now that I think about it, I think you might be right. Looking at the TAST photoshoot, her look is very similar to the All The Way cover. And as far as I know we've never seen any other pictures from that photoshoot. Except the ones from TAST, if those are in fact from the same shoot.
What do you think? The hair style looks similar.

To me it definitely looks like the same era, but not the exact same photoshoot. Her hair looks far more blonde in All The Way..and it would take a while to redo her hair and dye it etc.

All The Way was my first album of Celine which I bought because of MHWGO.
I always loved that photos!
I think the one on the back is also very "Mona Lisa"

Yeah, I was thinking that her hair is darker in TAST shoot, but it could also just be photoshop since we've never actually seen the cover of All The Way with the original colors. I hope we get to see it one day.

They are not the same photoshoot...
The ATW photography is by Andre Rau, and TAST is by Randee St. Nicholas...
Also hair and make-up are by different people...
Not TAST photos here, but his website has some great Celine's pics:

In fact, it could also be her face from the photoshoot in the garden (TTWII single cover) that was added here.

I have to agree. I’ve probably spent hours staring at that picture trying to figure out what looked so off about it (besides the hair), but never have noticed the face might have been cut and paste!! How strange!
I don’t really like the intense photoshopping they do for her album covers.. like LTAL, ATW and TC stand out as the worst. I love the ATW photo, but they’ve done so much work to it, that it’s really not her face anymore. More like a cartoon.

But what is off about it? Wouldn't she have just sat and made that same pose and then all they changed is the hair?
TC I know some people didn't like the colouring on it. I thought she looked amazing, probably my favorite album cover...next to Courage and FIY.
