Lol I can imagine what would happen if they play a Celine song on board: We go totally crazy and the other passengers are like !?WTF!?? :sofunny:

Haha, I can imagine the scared look on the other passenger's faces, thinking "what the f*** have I gotten myself into? "

I'm supposed to go to the fan meeting tomorrow but I don't know I can...I'm like " I cant get out of my room" even though I need to go to a bank!!

I have been planning a trip to give myself a rough estimate of how much it will cost for me to see the show.
I was thinking about going sometime in 2012, however I have encountered a problem. All the hotels I have looked at have a minimum check in age of 21. I will be 20 next year in July. Does anyone know of a hotel with a lower check in age?
I was planning on travelling alone, hence the problem

Hi I have stayed In Las Vegas several times before on a aircraft enthusiasts sort of Hobby thing holidayAnd Celine too,Motel6 is a cheap and very basic hotel and 10 minutes walk to the strip you can even walk to the airport in half  an hour its the one near the airport.
The other place I have stayed at was the Desert rose resorts Little more expensive but very good also about 10 minutes walk to the strip.
I would recommend them both A little bit of travelling to get to Caesars palace, but if you dont mind the short trip you will save a bit if you are on a budget.I never tried the public transport yet on the strip but I have been told its very good.

Good luck with you trip hope this will be some help and Enjoy Celines show she just brilliant.

All the hotels on the Strip, you have to be 21 yrs old and have a credit card to check-in.

I just checked hotel rates for the middle of January (16-20) for a 4 night stay,
and there are 3 good places to stay for $50/night or less.
- Flamingo
- Bally's
- Imperial Palace
(only choose Deluxe, don't choose Capri or Classic)
That's only around $200 total! Fantastic deal and all 3 are just across the street from Caesar's Palace!!

The 1st week of January have fantastic prices too because it is just after the holidays, while
the 2nd week of January is actually pretty expensive! So try to avoid it.

If you got more questions - I can help! :) Good luck!

Please, can somedy reassure me... I'm trying to book a room at Caesars for August 2012, and it says it's sold out (even for the more expensive suite)... Is that because it's not possible to book a room right now and we have to wait a little bit more?

That is too far in advance. I'd call or tweet them or whatever you prefer to ask how far in advance but right now you're getting that because they aren't accepting reservations yet.

Thank you, that's what I was thinking. Anyway that was just to get a rough estimate of the prices. Does anyone know when Caesars is the cheapest?

This has helped me soo much thank you! i am currently saving for my trip to Vegas but the thing that makes the trip expensive for me is the flight   The whole trip including tickets and spending money is going to be at least £2000. I will get there eventually!

You should be able to find a flight for about 500 to 550GBP per person.  Sometimes, when some promotions are released, you can be able to fetch flights for 350 to 400GBP, but you'll have to look very carefully for them, since the economy is back up again you'll find them not so often anymore.  Back in 2009 I flew to LAS from BRU for about 250GBP all in. ;)

Going to vegas in july next year and looking to stay at the Luxor, on expedia it says nothing available for the dates i want,
but on lastminute.com it says there is rooms available.  Not looking to book it yet though but just wanted to get an idea of
prices.

Would I be better off waiting til much nearer the time or booking well in advance?  I've notice the prices change daily
anyway.

I would highly recommend booking on the hotel's actual website, in this case Luxor.com.  In many cases, when you book directly through the hotel's website, you can get a refund or make changes to your reservation if you need to.  Also, if you see the prices decrease, you can call the hotel and then can make an adjustment for you and give you a refund.  Booking sites sich as Expedia don't generally allow this.
