I'm going to Vegas at the beginning of January from Russia for the first time. I have already purchased my tickets for Jan 5, but I start realizing that 1 concert would be too little for me, and want to attend one more either of Jan 4 or on Jan 8. I've checked on AXS site and there are no front rows available (front orch up to 10th row are front rows for me). Do you have any idea where and how else I could buy tickets for those shows at the price of $250.(I'm not really ready to pay more for a ticket).
Also how are the rows counted? It wasn't really clear from the picture on AXS. If I am in HH does it mean that I am in 8th row?
And the last question, are there any particularities the first time visitor should know? ex. I know that in Paris concert 3 or 5 songs before the ending everyone started running toward the stage, and it ended up by a crowd and if you were not in time to run you couldn't see well from your seats anymore. On the pictures from Vegas I see people standing near the stage. Does something similar to Paris happen or those are simply the front row occupants who stand up to applause?
I would be grateful for any useful tips!

You could try stubhub.com - people re-sell tickets there. The price range is pretty variable.
There's definitely no running up to the stage. They have Colosseum employees EVERYWHERE -- these ushers who are at your side instantly if they see a glowing screen (to prevent photos/videos). And if I recall correctly, I think there were several burly men whose job seemed to be to stand in front of the stage and watch the audience to prevent anyone from getting too close.
Anyway, enjoy your trip. It is an AMAZING show and a wonderful experience for a Celine fan!

We have shelled out the (bazillion!) dollars to see it Ultimate VIP (front row, Orch 4) on Aug 12th and are 6th row of Orch 4 on Aug 13th. I wish I could see another two that week but think I may be pushing my luck.
Does anyone have any photos of the VIP Package inclusions? I would love to see what this bag looks like...

I was just searching the August shows to see how they were selling (we already have the front Orch 4 FRONT row Ultimate VIP on the 12th, and 6th row front Orch 4 on the 13th).
Then suddenly as I searched 1 ticket on the 15th for the hell of it, up came front orch 4, row BB, seat 7 for $250!! WTF?? I thought the first 5 rows were the $1275 package ones! And here I am with a second row!!
Needless to say, I merely couldn't resist this bargain and the hubby can entertain himself that night...

I believe it just the first rows that a reserved for VIP packages. I went in August and sat in the second row and didn't have the VIP package.

The bags are nice (really sturdy/heavy) and the stuff is all right that comes with it and you get to pick out something from the gift shop for (I think) $100 but really the value is in the seats. It is almost like having a private concert just for you. She's *this* close. You're in for a huge treat.

Also they use the same picture on the Colosseum's facebook profile and banner:

Awesome! That's a good move. A sleeker banner, advertising the new album as well, that will maybe attract more of the Britney crowd.
I hope the people who go see Britney's show and Celine's show post all kinds of feedback on the internet about how CELINE blows Britney out of the water!
Don't get me wrong -- I think Britney is fine. She is a mannequin for producers to layer their talent on top of. But I find it ridiculous that she is able to set up shop in Vegas, lip sync the entire show, and rake in millions. The producers deserve that money.... Not Britney.
The GOOD news about Britney being is Vegas is -- there will definitely be some spill over. There will be younger Britney fans who go to Vegas to see Celine (young brides and their bridesmaids, gay men galore, etc.) who will then also go see Celine because they're already in town. But they would not have flown to Vegas just to see Celine. This could really help with Celine's status with the younger generation by getting that LIVE exposure.
I think that will be the case more often than people choosing Britney over Celine. Most folks who see a Britney show will be more than happy seeing a Celine show as well! I'm hoping this will help Celine sell those seats consistently for the next few years. Could be a lovely partnership. But I still want Celine to be at the forefront!
Because we know Celine's Live Shows are Epic.

Thank you SO much for posting those photos! The bag looks really nice and good quality (and so I should bloody hope so! LOL!). Not that I don't have half the stuff in it already but oh well. I bought it for the seat too! I sat there for Shania twice last month so I know how amazing it is!! I seriously can't wait. Worth every cent, right?
There's also a Celine Dion travel blanket in the VIP Ultimate Package. It'll be in your bag. It's black with "Celine Dion" in gold. It's very soft. I love mine!! I'm excited for you!! I was on the front row (Orch 4) last summer, and I'll never forget it!! The bag is super soft leather one. It's very nice!!

Generally the first 5 rows are the Ultimate VIP Package. Occasionally a single seat, in that section, will sell for $250. I've learned about that thru several people that were able to buy a seat for that price. Possibly the other seats have sold already with one seat left. I guess many times most people sit with a friend/spouse. So, "they" figure that nobody else might buy it. So, they offer it for $250 with the hopes that the location/price will help entice someone to buy it.
