but just a little thing:

If my "Celine timetable" is right, then she received that honor on April 30,1998.

On May 1, 1998 she appointed "Officer of the Order of Canada" for outstanding Contribution to the world of contemporary music.

Here is the difference between both:

The Order of Canada (French: Ordre du Canada) is Canada's highest civilian order and is the centrepiece of the Canadian system of honours. Created in 1967, to coincide with the centennial of Canadian Confederation, the three-tiered order was established as a fellowship that recognizes the achievement of outstanding merit or distinguished service by Canadians, through life-long contributions in every field of endeavour, and who made a major difference to Canada, as well as the efforts made by non-Canadians who have made the world better by their actions. It's on a white-red band.

The National Order of Quebec, known officially by its French name Ordre national du Québec and also called simply the Order of Quebec, is an order of merit bestowed by the Government of Quebec. It was instituted on June 20, 1984, by Lieutenant Governor Jean-Pierre Côté on the advice of the Cabinet of Premier René Lévesque. It is one of the most prestigious honours in Quebec and in French America. It's on a blue-white band.

No I mean in the link you posted she is wearing a jacket with stripes on it, and the photo I posted is the same. The jacket on that photo with the necklace medal is not striped, but bobbly looking. That's all.

Well they had to be in Canada so Rene could receive his award and their plane hasn't moved for a couple of months, so either they are staying there in Canada for a while or they leased a new plane.
