I don't know if this has been mentioned or not but will this book be avlaible in america or onl europe? I hope it is and I hope that it will be avaliable at the bookstores around here like Borders and Empire Books. If not I'm going to be very upset because I won't be able to get it unless I can get one of my family members to order it online with a credit or debit card, assuming I have the money for it.

THE BEST IDEA OF ALL TIMES:

they should release this book + The whole Boston Concert on CD like they did with the Miracle Book in 2004

then the DVD should follow with both concerts in Montreal and in Boston

would´t that be freaking amazing???
