I've said it before and I'm gonna say it again: the French is not really a problem as it is mostly pictures. I most pictures you know what is going on without looking at the words. Plus most of it is just names of places, which you'll understand.

It's not the french I'm worried about, it's the price. I can't pay a hundred, almost two hundred dollars plus shipping costs. I could pay the fifty or sixty or whatever IF the book was sold here.

It's still available at amazon.fr where I ordered it from and it still costs 37,91 euros + s&h there.
Here's the link: Céline autour du monde.
It says "broché" which means "paperback" but in fact you'll get the well-made hardcover book so it's just a description mistake. :)
And they ship worldwide, same as all the other amazon stores.
