I JUST got my very first diane von furstenberg dress delivered to my door



A few kilos lighter and it will be absolutely PERFECT

Oh, and I got it for $100 + $30 in s/h + $50 in customs = $180 (what they were asking for originally, but I sent a BO in and got it for less). Retaled for $350 + tax, so I think I got a steal for a new w/tag dress

Like so many of Diane's dresses it's 100% silk/pure heaven

The BV messenger bag I'm looking for was 40% off to $1700 yesterday. I was tempted to buy it, but I didn't. I will wait for the next huge discount on Black Friday. Hope I could get it lower than $1400 or even less than $1000.

Too late. it's back to $2000 now. I will wait for the next big discount. I'm going to a CK special sales event tomorrow, hope I can find some good items. And Celine special sales event next week, wonder if there's good cheap Celine bag for man.   I'm quite obsessed with going to special sales event recently.

Sorry, I won't buy a LV bag. I don't really like that brand. And fake LV is everywhere in China. It's even possible to find more than 10 LV bags in one bus. So even if I use an authentic one everyone will think it's a fake one.

I bought 2 pants, 3 shirts, 2 jackets on today's CK special sales event. They are about 70% off. I will post some photots later.

I understand your POV, and I know that counterfeit is big over there, I just thought that the Taiga line is subtle since it has NO logos whatsoever


But really, why care what other people think? (about items being copied). I bet the most part of those with legit items buys them for the quality and the handicraft, those buying the knockoffs don't appreciate that but thinks they got the same thing for a better price. They just don't understand/value the quality...

And I don't think they realise what they're saupporting by buying these things. There is no way on earth I would justify it by saying "oh it's just for fun, I found it while I wason my holiday", all the while knowing that I'm supporting all kinds of criminal activity and most importantly child labour.. I mean, how morally bankrupt must you be to KNOW about this and still go on? I don't get it.. but maybe that's because I don't see it as a status symbol, but as quality goods.. And it is NOT okay to copy others work and sell it.. (exactly like here, it's not allowed to d/l videos and sell it for personal gain.. kwim?)


Ah well.. let's not turn this thread into an argument about fake/replica/counterfeit goods, the appaling activity really doesn't deserve the attention..

I feel your pain Salla, its definitely harder to find cute clothes for bigger girls or even average girls
I mistly stick to jeans, ocassional  heels, silk tops, T-shirts, blazers, and chunky jewelry.
I LOVE bags, I have a prada and 2 coach, definitely want more! I`m obsessed with all kinds of jewelry too.

I wear this necklace almost every day, even just around the house.. Like all of her (Efva Attling) jewelry there's a message in it (this one says 'breath' and 'exhale'). I just adore her simple but gorgeous stuff..







They're not expensive either

(Silver necklaces range between $90-350
Gold ones start around $600 I think
and then there are diamond and pearl
pieces at $3000-4000)

Heading out for dinner in half an hour or so, just thought I'd show you my Vivienne Westwood jacket, such a BARGAIN! New with tags for 104 pounds instead of 360 or something like that, yay Just a cheap jersey dress (think it was $15), tights ($10) and shoes ($90), LV Pochette Accessoires ($285 + tax at the time, the prices have gone up since, bought the day before AND in vegas )



Can't decide if it'll be too hot or not (the jacket is a wool blend)
