OMG! It seems 'My December' era all over again
Just one more album and she can sign with some other laber as she had a 5 album contract with Arista.
Seriously....why is Clive giving her such a hard time :S
Is he only blinded with Whitney?? She should leave that label (release a GH at the end of the year or something)....
Cos he's delusional, he's delusional, old man's losing his mind

There was a second video with a guy breaking Kelly's heart and the story follows with Kelly singing. It was supposedly the continuation of MLWSWY video. But it was scrapped
If Sony was fcuking up Celine's singles career, Kelly's album career has been sorta screwed by the delusioned boy

Despite constant media scrutiny over her fuller figure - some critics even sniped that she looks pregnant - Kelly Clarkson appears in Self magazine’s September issue looking anything but insecure, if her confident grin and skimpy, revealing top are any indications.
“When people talk about [it], I’m like, ‘You seem to have a problem’ — I don’t, I’m fine!’ ” the pop star says of her larger size. “I’ve never felt uncomfortable on a red carpet or anything.”
Instead of focusing on her body, Clarkson is relying on self-confidence and the “girl power” she often promotes in her lyrics to help further her career.
And perhaps a little help from some friends: “You know how Dolly Parton, Linda Ronstadt and Emmylou Harris did a couple of records together? I think it’d be cool to do a record with some people from totally different genres, like Miranda Lambert and Adele,” she says.
Our vote is for Adam Lambert and Carrie Underwood. Don’t forget where you came from, Kelly!

The Buzz Log: Kelly Clarkson Cover Controversy Rocks The Web
Posted Fri Aug 7, 2009 1:15pm PDT by Claudine Zap in Stop The Presses!
Kelly Clarkson hasn't lost her voice. But she seems to have lost a few of her curves in her cover photo for Self magazine. The songstress is gracing the September cover of Self's "total body confidence issue." But is it all just lip service if the cover girl is being digitally covered up?.
Self magazine admits it did airbrush the singer, but no more than they do every other cover model. The editor-in-chief argued, "Our picture shows her confidence and beauty." .
Fine, but some are griping that Self magazine doesn't have the confidence to show the singer's real body-booty and all. A Fox blogger asks, "Was Kelly Clarkson overly Photoshopped?" then compares the cover pic with her recent more bodacious appearance on "Good Morning America." .
One person who doesn't have a problem with her weight is Kelly Clarkson herself. She tells the magazine: "When people talk about my weight, I'm like, 'You seem to have a problem with it; I don't...I'm fine! I've never felt uncomfortable on the red carpet or anything." .
Cover buzz has sent plenty of people to the search box looking for the real Kelly Clarkson. Queries on "kelly clarkson self magazine" soared up the charts 100% in the last 7 days, along with searches for "kelly clarkson pictures," "kelly clarkson photoshop," and "kelly clarkson photos." .
Comments on the Fox blog ranged from the cheerful to the conspiratorial: While one person gushed, "Kelly rocked the cover"; another lamented, "Trying to sell a magazine with cheating on photo. How can you trust the magazine to help you when they are doing that." .
One thing is for sure-suspiciously skinny photo or not, the Self cover is getting its share of the spotlight.

That cover was not Kelly's real body in any way at all. She's a bigger girl, she doesn't look bad at all. The cover just looks fake. Self Magazine should be ashamed.

The other Idol making news this week was Kelly Clarkson, when she appeared on the cover of the new issue of Self looking suspiciously svelte. Many fans said it looked like she'd gone on a drastic digital diet, so to speak--that is, that some overzealous Photoshopper had given her an extreme electronic makeover. This seemed contradictory, considering that the interview behind the magazine's "Total Body Confidence" cover was filled with Kelly quotes about her being happy with her weight. Self editor-in-chief Lucy Danziger denied that the mag's art department did any more "post-production" on the Kelly cover that it had done in the past for any other, slimmer model. So why did some airheaded airbrusher remove the tattoo from Kelly's hand?

Speaking of the hit FOX reality show, Pop Tarts has learned that Season One winner Kelly Clarkson and a Jonas Brother will join forces at next week's audition series as celeb judges to find the next singing sensation.
The move is quite a surprise on Clarkson's behalf as she has spent the last several years working hard to separate herself from the reality program. But according to a source close to the Clarkson camp, she's beyond excited to get back to the show that started it all.
Other celeb superstars joining Simon, Randy and Kara for Season 9 include Shania Twain, Jennifer Lopez, Victoria Beckham and Mary J Blige.
"At this stage it doesn't look like Paula will be replaced by one person," an insider told Tarts. "The celebrity judges are working really well for now."

Kelly Clarkson begins work on fifth studio album / Due fall 2010
During a new interview on Chicago’s KISSFM, pop/rock diva Kelly Clarkson revealed that she’s already begun working on her fifth studio album, which will be due out Fall 2010.
“We’re already working on it. [The songs] are really different. The next record is going to be really different”.
She also revealed that she may not write the whole record either, which she blames on constant touring and releasing albums so close together (Clarksons current tour does not wrap up until March 2010).
“If I end up liking stuff that I’ve done then I’ll include it, but if I like other stuff better I’ll use that. Sometimes you’re just more inspired I guess, and sometimes if you have records that come out really close together it might be more other peoples songs. Because there’s not enough time to write and sing and perform and do everything.”
Despite penning all the songs from her 2007 album My December, Kelly only wrote on six of the fourteen tracks from her latest effort All I Ever Wanted.
In other news, Kelly’s latest single “Already Gone” continues to rise on the Billboard charts after reaching a new peak of #17 this week. Rumour has it that “Don’t Let Me Stop You” will serve as the fourth single from All I Ever Wanted, which is now close to being certified Platinum.

I wish she would have done Behind these hazel eyes more like the original - it's one of my favourites. Was that the entire set list?
