I still let the thought wager whether the song is actually another "All Becaouse Of You" or another "Map To My Heart" in terms of quality. Weirdly so, I know but I feel somehow it may be something actually quite good.
To me - there is a significant difference between POWER BALLADS and ballads.
Power Ballads:
It's All Coming Back To Me Now
Then You Look At Me
I Surrender
The Power Of Love
The Reason
etc.
And then there are the ballads - which are very nice, but not vocally amazing.
Either way - I'll be happy for new material. I just love fresh songs - and if it's a same old, regular formula ballad - it'll be a bit depressing.

But don't expect I Surrender. His most famous songs are Sometimes by Britney Spears and Unbreakable by Westlife (actually a fine track for being westlife).
And even though it leans towards something a la TRIGO
However his sound is quite electronic so we shall expect a very "well produced" track with loads of electronic insturments and catchy and cheesy refrain. But in an acceptable way. I am looking forward to hearing it.
This is one of his neatest songs: Right Here Right Now - Agnes
This was the first single for the idol winner some years ago. Performed by the second place here: Right Here Right Now - Sebastian
Was a huge hit
This also was a hit and the winner song for Idol also some years ago: Coming True - Daniel Lindström

I SERIOUSLY doubt it!! They haven't released a music video since Taking Chances (I'm ignoring the sh!tty 'Alone' live video they miserably put together and the EOM video they released on Yahoo...)
When would she have time to record the video? Its terribly clear now that Sony isn't going to promote TC OR this new album at all.

I agree with you 100%.
And, also, with a heartstopping ballad she assures to get airplay in radios here in LatinAmerica.
With so much reggaeton going on in here, we're always hungry for an A-class ballad
I can't wait for "My love (2008)" and "There comes a time"

Well, I know people bought the album because of Celine Dion name, expecting ballads, and got something strange in return. I'm talking bout the ocasional listener, not die-hard fans, and my personal experience with people I know from here.
This is the chance to "bring them back" to Celine

Why can't people stand by her changing (even though it's too little), her evolving is more than welcome. She's been singing the same songs now for 15 years. Let her move on evolve. If you wanna listen to 90ies Céline, listen to an album from her 90ies. Simple as that.

I actually believe this is a minority....I've seen it too...but also heard a lot of people (especially older people and casual fans/listeners) they prefer the "old" Celine.

Well, what I've said is based in my reality. I live in Cordoba, Argentina, and here people (general audience) know Celine for the ballads, and love her for that.
This album would be a great chance to bring them back to her, no doubt about it

Maybe in Brazil (or the part of Brazil where you live, since I doubt you made a survey through the whole country) prefer Samba or Lambada...who knows
Obrigado
Boa tarde
