Okay... I went to work today... looked at the schedule, and now I want to pull my hair out!
They didn't put her on... mind that, they didn't even touch the schedule. It's like they took it down and put it back up for no reason - no reason at all! But I did talk to Lisa today and she made me feel better - Lisa's awesome. She always makes me feel better - Fara-wise. And Lisa's just a fabulous person in general.

L: "Have you talked to Fara lately?"
E: "No... I miss her!"
L: "Yeah, me too."
E: "It sucks without her here. She's not on all next week either!"
L: "Yeah... They've been cutting down on A LOT of shifts lately since it's been so slow."
E: "Because everyone's on vacation and stuff for the summer, huh?"
L: "Yeah... July's the worst - slow as hell. It's gets better in August though - things start to pick up again. I'm sure they'll give her more hours soon, and I'm sure she wants to come here and work once in awhile. It'll pick up. Don't worry."
E: "Gooood. I hope so!"

Gosh... Nothing Fara-y has happened for awhile now and this is becomming dead... It sucks. My friend is nagging me to do something about it and telling me he neeeeeeds the juicy Fara news. I've got none! T_T I hope something happenes soon, otherwise I will go bald...

Finally! Some Fara-y news!

So... as it turns out. I am very mad... at me today. Why? Because Fara called me at 5:25pm today and I was working and didn't answer the phone and I missed the call and now I'm just a smidgen pissed - at me. Though, I did call her back (at 10:15pm), but she didn't pick up the phone. I left her a long message of me debating with myself when I'll be WITH my phone. I left off with just... "You know what? Call me Saturday during the day if you can, mmkay?" when I knew I should have left off with, "I know you don't sleep this early on Friday night... Pick up your phone, woman!"

Anyway... I really have to find her soon to plan the evening of the concert. I'll keep you all posted.

I would be careful as it sounds like you have a nice friendship with her and you don't want it to be ruined and she has a boyfriend, just let it grow.

If it's meant to be, it's meant to be but i hope that it works out for you though

I really liked a guy once and i still do after 8 years but he had a girlfrined and i respected that, i just hope that i have that feeling with someone else, i'm told i will so i'm telling you even if it doesn't work out wiht this gurl, just cherish the friendship and be happy with that, what willl be will be afterall and if it didnt work out, someone wil come alomng and they will like you and you will like them and everything will be right!

Eeeee!! I have exciting updates!

First off... I told Lisa about my situation. But apparently she had a feeling and she knew I was going to tell her what I told her. I didn't want to say it out loud at the restaurant, so she made me write on a piece of paper what I wanted to tell her and then she wrote on paper what she THOUGHT I was going to tell her, and her piece of paper said... "You are gay." And I was like...

"Holey, f*** Lisa! How'd you know?!"
"I don't know... I just had a feeling."
"Do I give off a gay vibe or something?"
"No, not at all. I think that you're very civil and easy to be around and a very sweet person. I just had a feeling."
"Because of my Celine obession and the fact that I'm now obsessed with 'The L Word'?"
"That might have led up to it."

And then I was like... "There's more I want to tell you." Then she said she thought she knew THAT as well, so we did the paper thing again and her's said... "You like Fara." And I was like "What the f***. Are you my brain, or something?!" My face was in AWE - I was totally dumbfounded! She KNEW me LOL.

I was also able to talk to Fara on the phone today at the Swiss. I called her the first time and she was at the gym *drools*.
And then I called her back a little later and we talked for a bit about the concert - she's still pretty psyched about it. I told her about my "Let's find Celine after the show" plan and she was like... "You're not gonna find her! That's hard! It's crazy!" I told her it was POSSIBLE, but that it wouldn't be easy. Then Lisa talked to Fara and made her promise to come to the Swiss tomorrow. God... I'm so excited to see her! I can't wait - Lisa is so supportive. She's helping me get to my goal and I'm so happy to have her on my side!

And you know what else? I said this to Lisa...
"I wish Fara weren't so straight."
"Well... you never know. She may not be."
"I really doubt that."
"Well... she never told me anything, but you never know. She might be interested a little bit."
"Well, I can only hope now, can't I? Drop in some good words for me, won't you? "
"Of course I will!"
