Several months ago, a few members of the board came together with the idea of rallying fans to raise money for Celine’s charity organization, The Celine Dion Foundation. The idea was to create our own organization that will coordinate various fund raising events, in which all the money raised would go directly to Celine’s foundation.
Today we are happy to finally announce the Celine Fan Charity Foundation, or CF2. It’s a project that is still very much in its infancy, but one that we hope will grow tremendously with everyone’s help and involvement. We will be selling t-shirts with various designs via our SpreadShirt Shop, with ALL profits going directly to Celine’s foundation. We are currently offering two designs: First is the Je t’aime logo shirt; a logo both Celine and her team are familiar with and recognize. The second is the “CelineDionForum.com (IMG:http://www.celinedionforum.com/style_images/takingchan/folder_post_icons/icon12.gif) You!” design which was featured in a banner for the Italian fan meeting. It's an awesome project and I hope all of us Celine fans get behind it and support it as much as we can! Even if you can't buy a shirt right now, recommend it to your Celine friends and people who don't use the forum and help spread the word and let people know that Celine fans are the best fans in the world.
