All three versions had different lengths, around 6 minutes each. I don't remember the account, and it only had those songs on it. I was so not impressed with the songs that I didn't bother downloading them. Now I want to kick myself. I still have the link, but it just says that the video was taken down by the person who posted it.

I’m also in the camp of not being impressed with the clips that were released. They in no way made me want to pay money to hear the full versions. Sounds as if the full versions weren’t any better.

Nope, they weren't. I mean, her voice was amazing, but beside that, I felt really relieved about them having been scrapped.

i heard the other 2 just the snippet. The only song that i kinda wish to hear it in full version is the “Is That What I Get For Loving You”. Thanks again

Well those three songs are probably not the final versions.
I guess they would have been tweaked with some extra production if they were to be included on the album.

I think the disillusionment with the Phil Spector tracks shows that we should trust that Céline and her team are professionals and know what they’re doing. If they decide not to release something (e.g. “Lying Down” music video), it’s probably better that way.

Overall, I think FIY is better without the three Spector tracks.

If it was me.. i would definitely download it right away incase it might get deleted by YouTube. Everything that is rare on YouTube should be downloaded for future generation LOL

No. The videos were reported by the many other fans who crowdfunded the tapes and whose trust was betrayed by the individual(s) who thought they had special privileges to not only post the full songs, but also try to profit from the sale to other fans.

This is how future leaks will be handled as well.

Were they actually bought from this individual in the end? I thought this crowdfunding was still ongoing... But if he got paid and uploaded them on YouTube, that's pretty nasty.

The seller and the leaker are not the same person. What I meant was that the leaker was also trying to sell the tracks through email. (Pretty stupid, but I guess they figured many fans don’t know how to rip them for free from YouTube)

Good that you know who the culprit is!  Certainly seems a bit crazy to upload them in full to YouTube if you're also trying to sell them on to some unsuspecting mark...

People are generally, selfish pigs. It’s infuriating that this person just could not keep to the agreement.

We are not sure if the leaker is the same person who put the songs up on YouTube, or if they shared them with someone outside of the buyers (which was also part of the agreement to not do) and then that person shared them with the world. But either way, there were other crowdsourcing plans being talked about to get the rest of these sessions, and now it’s completely ruined because of this dumbass.

I doubt many people would release unfinished tracks no matter who they are by. Especially Celine as she wants to deliver the best of herself.
