BYLM she messed up to...she said Dreams, instead of dream...same thing you'll get it more when you see the video. Did anyone else notice how she sang them differently tonight?Soooo overall AWESOME performance. Deff. not as much lip synching which made it GREAT GREAT GREAT. I was mad because I gave my extra ticket that I won to a random guy who claimed that he loved loved loved celine...but he didn't show! Also the stadium was pretty empty. I had four empty seats around me!  It was so sad. Audience...again. SUCKED. Except of course for some random crazy fans (prob. forum membeers ). RENE walked right by me too and I kind of just looked in shock and realized after hahah. Sorry I'm skipping around but its usually such a blur until after for me. PLUS, she sang SOL and FA. I'm not sure if she has been doing that for American shows...but I luuurved it. I'm so bummed its over even though I have a few more to see. I was so amped and loved experiencing it....but right after the drama of my life continued...and it was such a buzz kill. P.S. Newark is scary after the show. BE SURE TO KNOW WHERE YOUR RIDE IS IF SOMEONE IS PICKING YOU UP. I couldn't find mine, and was scared shitless. LOl

Question, does celine always exit and enter on the same side?

Thanks for you review so quickly!!! Too bad the audience was so crappy! That's disappointing!!! I can't wait to see pictures and videos from this show...I love when Celine ad libs so much!!!

I had a blast at the show tonight.  The set list was the same as DC and Boston.  She was pretty pumped up but the crowd was dull but that didn't stop me from having a blast.  I was in the section of the catwalk, which was a great view of the entire stage.  

She did flub some lyrics but she's human and I love that about live shows - yes LIVE.     It was great to see Vic, Michael, Christine, Ramona, Kathy (my date at the Rainbow Room), Tal (Happy Bday) and I got to sit next to Salla for the whole show!  It always make it more special when you're sitting with another huge fan (and Forum member).  

RDMH was just amazing and I think the crowd did get into LCMM.  Alone was incredible as usual, I'm loving it more & more each time I see her perform it on this tour.  Again, My Love was another huge highlight that I don't think the audience expected.  It was my first time at the Pru Center and it's a really nice venue.  There were plenty of police in the surrounding area both b4 and after the show.  Newark in general can be a bit scary but I think that immediate area was fine.  I walked back to my car(4 blocks away) around 1145p with hardly anyone around and I was fine, plus there were still police around.  

Ok let's hope Fridays crowd is more lively, Im sitting on the floor in Section B and I'm hoping that's where she comes in & out.

I didn't take any photos or videos so I hope someone else did!   I'm wondering where the other concert-goers are. I got lost in Neward, and had an 45 min drive home.  We got out at 10:45! Lol. Does anyone else get super depressed after a show? I used to cry from excitement in the beginning...now I cry when it's over.    If I had a choice...I could sit there and listen to her forever. Its like a vacation.

Wow thanks for the info.....Sorry that you were scared.  For anyone on Friday who doesnt know the area, just make sure you dont continue to walk away from the train station area, in other words towards the back of the arena and on, unless you have to.  Ive lived in Newark for about 20 yrs now, so of course I'll have a different perspective; there are the good and bad sections.  So if you're not from around here just mae sure you walk towards the train station and towards Ferry St.     Glad to hear you had a great time at the concert, though!

I wasn't saying it was a bad thing she messed up lyrics. I loved it! Lol. It made it obvious for nay sayers that it was FOR SURE LIVE! I forgot about Alone. Totalllllly amazing performance....and again live. I'll be there friday too. Section five! I was so bummed for her when the audience barely reacted! I'm usually not a big fan of the cover songs in the middle...put she was on fire with those tonight!

Forgot to mention there was this little boy that tried to give her flowers the WHOLE time. The security guards let him sit in the lower level to help him out...and finally at the end she took them from him. It almost made me cry. He tried so hard!

After reading your review, I don' think she's stopped lip syncing so much.

All songs you said lip sync (IDAL, TPOL, TLYM) are lip sync as usual at every concerts. What's more, all songs you said live (BYLM, IYA, LCMM,RDMH) are live as usual at every concerts too. There were nothing new.

'Ad lib' is different from lip sync. Maybe your 'stopping lip sync so much' means 'ad lib'?

It just seemed from watching videos that many of those songs were sung the same night after night. It seemed tonight that she was having fun and being more creative with the live songs. Like adding more notes...or holding out notes longer etc. That's what I meant by ad lib. I always thought BYLM was lip synced.

Taking Chances...tonight, was my favorite live performance of that song ever! BTW haha

Aww that stinks that the audience was a dud...It always is a bummer when that happens, it is almost like it was a waste of money, because if Celine doesn't feel the energy from the crowd, then I believe that affects her performance.

I totally agree with autumnskiesoo.  The crowd was DULL!!!  I am embarrased to be from New Jersey.  The audience did not deserve Celine's performance tonight.
Ramona and I were sitting in sect A row 1 and were told to sit down.  No one in the front row got up all, or barely clapped.  
Poor Celine     

We got compensated, however, as Celine entered and exited by our section and acknowledged us both times, so cute  
She was not "being mugged" by the crowd as in the other concerts.  

Thank God for the 2 gay guys in section D, they were up dancing the entire night and Celine gave them alot of attention.  They sure did enjoy themselves.

I sure hope Friday night's crowd is a bit more hip.

We are sitting in Sect C, but Salla will be in sect 5 with you, not sure which row though.  

I feel really bad for Celine when people do not get up and dance even when she asks them to.

I just got back not long ago, boy the train seemed to take forever. She sung pretty well despite the dull crowd and the ad-libs here and there made it more special. I also recorded the audio of the entire show in HQ, it came out excellent! That's all for now...

I dont know why everyone is saying the crowd was dull?  I was at the Phila concert also and they sounded the same to me    
I loved the concert tho!!!!   But parking was horrible. Took me 45 minutes to find a spot.  Ended up being a half hour late to the show  : /  I was so mobbed outside.  But I was just in time to see Celine start, just missed the other guy so I dont really care.  
Awesome concert!!  I was able to sneak in my video camera.  ..well actually the guy with the metal detector found it, but since I was late he let me take it in, just said not to use it.      But I couldnt resist.

I would have posted sooner but I got home at 1:15am and I was beat...HAPPY! but beat.
Its true the crowd was terrible. I was right next to the runway and I would stand up every time she came over but no one else would so I was
embarressed have the time Buuuuut she did adlib a lot and she was kneeling on the floor alot and stuff so it was a fun show. Renee walked by me in the beginning and smiled, Celine walked by me in the beginning, AND she came and GRABBED MY HANDS after the show!!!!
I will never forget that moment for the rest of my life! She has the softest hands ever

I have tickets for Friday but its in section 122, I thought it was in the 200 hundred section so I`m glad its lower but I still wish we were closer

oh! I took some pictures, I`ll post some tonight when I get home.
