Of course you have the right to your own opioion however after reading for keeps then you would know how fond Celine is of her fans and how much she enjoys and sometimes even craves the intimacy with them.  This is another form of that, writing letters and interacting with them.  Many people have written to her and she has given people birthday cards back and all sorts like letters and things! She wouldnt do this if she didnt want to do it.  She wouldnt bother with the intimacy if she didnt want it! Its a 50/50 thing with her fans, and its like you dont give to recieve.  I personally wrote my letter to her to let her know what she means to me and what she has done to help me in my life without her knowing! It was a way for me to interact with her and in no way was i even thinking she would reply with anything and then it came.  That is not being greedy for presuming anything that is just writing a letter to somone that means something to you and for them getting back to you cos at the end of the day we mean something to her too!

I get what your saying about how some people only write to get an answer but who can blame them, if they dont then they dont but if you dont try to have contact and tell her how you feel then its your loss!

I wouldnt have minded if she hadnt replied but she did and im not gonna justify it!

I am soooooooooooooooooo sorry about what I said in the Letters To Céline post about some of you fans being greedy about asking Céline for an autograph.  I take back everything I ever said.  I started talking about the autograph thing in post #32.  Someone said that in For Keeps/pour tojours that Céline is happy to do this sort of thing for her fans.  I'm glad that she LOVES doing this for her fans.  Again, I am sorry if this has caused anyone and everyone to be upset.  I was just stating my opinion about the whole thing.

I have written to her and got a letter back saying that she sends her thoughts and prayers.  I also got a non-autographed copy of the french album postcard that I have put in a picture frame and will cherish it always since it is my first real pic of Céline.  

Have you gotten a letter vivezpouraimer?  If you have what did Céline or her team say?

Don't ask for an autograph.  Just write to her and tell her what you think and possibly you may get a letter back from her or her team.  More likely her team on behalf of her.

I included my letter for her in the 25 years book! It's so cool to know that she will probably read it! And that the book that i put together is now there. She has now 2 weeks off, so she might find the time to read all the fan letters!

Yes, you may. I pretty much just wrote a sappy letter that said how much I was grateful for her music and how much it has helped me through some things. I didn't ask for her autograph...I'm wondering if I should. Hmm.

I wrote twice (both in english + french) toi Ceasars Palace but it was sent to the fan club in Canada, so I received a letter from them and 2 pics. No autograph.

I just got a video ipod before my trip to Lost Vegas last week. It's really cool. I have several gigs of Celine's videos on it along most of her CD's Who say's you can't take it with you.  -Ken

Sorry, I realize this is old, but I didn't want to repeat a topic. On saturday I gave a letter for Celine to one of her bodyguards. Not Nick, it was a shorter one. Has anyone ever had any luck giving things to her body guard? I wonder if he even bothered to give it to her
