It's the salad DRESSING that usually ruins a healthy salad since most people put gobs of it on their veggies. The dressing can be deceiving in it's fat content. :o

I don't use much salad dressing. The only one I allow myself to use is "Light Italian", which contains about 5 calories per tablespoon, whereas other dressings contain roughly 30-40 calories per tablespoon.

 

That's right, I know my facts. :P

I actually don't like to use that much dressing anyways.I like to taste the vegetables instead of just tasting all the dressing. One smart idea someone just came out with is spray on dressings, so you really don't use that much.

bleughhh! If im having a salad, I dont like dressings. They taste waaayyy better without it.

Oh stop with your idol worship! Now don't tell ANYONE this, but I was once married to Celine. Yeah, yeah I know all the naysayers won't believe me but I was, back in '87, before she was a worldwide star. It's been kept quiet until this time for various reasons I cannot go into here. Let's just say, if it had been known earlier, it might have ruined the "only one love, Rene" stuff that you keep hearing her talk about. So, by a legal court order, and some cash, I was told to shut up until November 2007.

 

It's not that fun to live with a celebrity. Oh, buy the way, SHE left me.
